Holiday rentals with beach access in Palo Seco Beach

El apartamento es muy cómodo y está muy bien ubicado. Muy cerca de la playa y las piscinas. El sonido del mar es un plus del lugar. Nos encantó.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, something we greatly value and the space was very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nia was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Nos encantó el departamento: todo estaba impecablemente limpio, ordenado y la vista era espectacular. Recomendamos llegar a la hora exacta del check-in, ya que se necesita un brazalete para acceder a las áreas comunes. Mientras esperábamos la hora de entrada, intentamos salir a comprar algo desde el acceso a la playa, pero nos indicaron que solo una de nosotras podía hacerlo por no contar aún con el brazalete.

Excellent. No complaints. Close to the beach and the park entrance. The place is actually on the edge of the park boundary. There were lizards, crabs, monkeys, and horses on the property. Everything is nearby and walkable so you dont really need a car but your parking is directly in front of the building. Host communicated well. Place was super clean and comfortable with everything needed. Would stay again.

What a great stay! The place looks exactly like the pictures. Was super nice and comfortable. Definitely worth the money we paid. Would highly recommend!

Todo muy bien, estuvimos en la habitación de arriba del bar. Increíbles vistas y muy buena ubicación. Marta y Saul dispuestos a ayudar. La cocina muy completa en cuanto a utensilios. Hubiese estado bueno que tenga sal, condimentos y aceite. Lo único que fue para mejorar es que no entendimos como se manejaban en cuanto al orden y atención. Nos quedamos 4 noches, la primera nos cambiaron toallas, limpiaron e hicieron la cama. A la segunda, nos cambiaron las toallas solamente. A la tercera ya no nos cambiaron más nada ni sacaron la basura, el cuarto día ya no teníamos papel higiénico. No fue nada grave de todas formas y es super recomendable el lugar!

El lugar es muy bonito, la playa y la piscina a menos de 5 minutos caminando.

Great place to stay to visit all that Manuel Antonio has on offer, close to restaurants, supermarkets and bus very convenient for beach and national park. Yosue was especially helpful and communicative ☺️

We had the loveliest time at this beachfront house. The pool is gorgeous - not too warm or cold. It was so refreshing to relax in the pool and stare at the waves. The house is in the best part of Esterillos, right in front of the “mermaid” and the tide pools. The house is well designed and makes use of all the spaces. It was clean and well equipped. You can also walk to the nearby store and there are a few good restaurants just a block or two away walking along the beach. It was an amazing place to share with family, we will be back!

From the moment we arrived, this home had such a beautiful, welcoming, home-y feeling. It’s located in a fantastic area—surrounded by great restaurants and plenty of things to do. The pool was warm, clean, and incredibly refreshing—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The host was amazing! She went above and beyond, offering personalized restaurant recommendations (we tried several and loved them) and sharing tons of helpful details about local excursions and activities. She even offered to help us book them! While we only had time for the 90-minute massage (which was wonderful), we could tell she really knows her stuff and is passionate about making her guests’ stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located getaway with an exceptional host. We’d definitely stay again! 🌴✨

Wir waren ein paar Tage bei Carlos in der Unterkunft und haben den Ausblick und das Ambiente sehr genossen. Wir haben uns sogar zu dem privaten Wasserfall getraut, der wirklich sehr schön ist. Carlos hat uns viele Tipps und Infos gegeben und war super freundlich. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Man darf nicht vergessen, dass es ein offenes Haus ist, mitten in der Natur, sodass der Wohnbereich eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit hat (zumindest in der Regenzeit).

The monkey house lived up to its name. We saw monkeys on 3 out of the 5 days we were at the house. Sam did a great job of communicating and keeping us in the loop. The home is close to the National Park and local beaches. The Mercadito nearby was also a great place to grab a snack and indulge with the locals. We will definitely be back. Pura Vida!

The space was a breath of fresh air — clean lines, calming tones, and that minimalist design that somehow makes you feel instantly relaxed. With a family of 5, space and functionality matter, and this spot delivered both. Best part? We were just a short stroll to the beach — close enough for spontaneous swims and sunset walks. 🏖️🌅 Spencer was an all-star host — super responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. We felt well taken care of. If you're looking for a stylish, serene, and beach-adjacent getaway, book this gem! ✨

We had an incredible stay! Fer was so helpful, kind, and responsive, and recommended things like the local market the day we arrived. As we were checking out, he came over to show us a sloth moving around one of the trees on the property! The location was excellent and very close to Manuel Antonio, the beaches, and wildlife. We got to see scarlet macaws, parakeets, toucans, and lots of other animals right from the porch. Highly recommend this place!!

We stayed for four days and had the most amazing time. I had tears in my eyes saying goodbye to Emerita. She and Diogenes were wonderful hosts who helped us with any questions and pointed out a baby sloth that we never would have seen without her pointing it out. It’s truly a magical place, Déborah. Thank you for your timely responses, accurate description, and recommendations. For those considering—know thyself! If you freak out over bugs, this isn’t the place for you. It’s Pura Vida. My son, daughter , and I loved everything! Morning Mother’s Day walk solo on the beach was perfection. We will return!!!!

This condo was exceptionally clean with a beautiful view. It was a very brief walk to the Main Street. Everything was literally five minute walk. They are picky with who they host (with good reason) because of how pristine it is. Thank you :)

I had a wonderful stay at Fanny’s place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect – close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. Fanny was a fantastic host: friendly, responsive, and always happy to help with any questions. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the warm welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

Josephine communicated clearly and timely. The condo met my family's need. We needed a place to relax after some days of intense hikes in other regions. The pool was lovely and right outside our door. We watched surfers on the beach though the rough waters and rocky beach did not avail sun-soaking or swimming.

Leonardo was friendly and responsive and made check in process a breeze. Location is a 10/10, with easy access to beach and pool area, as well as walking distance to great restaurants and a local market. Highlight of our trip was seeing a sloth hanging in the trees on the beach! Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Resort quality is very high from pools to landscaping and design. Andy’s place is extremely nice and GREAT location on the resort. Excellent stay, excellent host and will return and recommend.

The host, Eric, had everything laid out super early on checking in information. The place was easy to find, safe entry way, elevator, and keyless entry. Very responsive does matter the hour of the day. A storm issues knocked out water messaged him it was resolved in minutes. Suggested restaurants nearby for the time of day. Shared information about the area. Parking is available it is gated and secured if car rental is your option. The location is 1 and half or less from SJO (Uber. $122 est) easy to come in but have tip leaving out cause they will decline trip if you don’t have at least $20 cash due to tolls cost and distance. Location was perfect away from strip of restaurants, casinos, local shops, and excursions. I would wait to book excursions off the Avenida Pastor Díaz save deposits for ATV rental or excursions vs Viator website. Food suggestions: Local Grill, Sunrise Brunch, El Manglar all amazing foods
