This is a fantastic place to stay in if you want an authentic Goan vibe. Take this from a fellow Goenkar from Australia who had been to Goa 7 times. The house in Navelim away from the busy streets but a short 10 minute walk to the main municpality area where the shop/ groceries / sweets are. Ideal for Goa Supershow ICN bodybuilding stay (which was the reason for my visit). Has microwave, induction cooker, gas stove, fridge and more to get you through. Desiree (Host) and Mrs Rebello (house local contact) were very attentive to my messages and my requests which was greatly appreciated. Lots of bottled water and extra treats were a nice touch. Please ensure you are specific with guest numbers as no bedding provided for additional room if only 1-2 guests (We were two). Highly recommended for a true Goan / Portugese feel in a modern built house with AC.

The need was a year-end vacation faraway from the chaos and cacaphony of urban civilisation. and i must say that it was met wholeheartedly by Maria's Home, it's two doggies - Moxie and Morris, the caretaker - Agnelo and the whole village of Talpanem, Shiroda, it's ever-curious/friendly residents and the many lazy strolling paths along this Idyllic Goan countryside. I had 9 awesome days spent here and I can say that I'll definitely be coming back for more. Because I discovered that the village is an excellent base if one has a penchant for fishing like me. it has a ferry point at one end, teeming with chonaks, snappers, etc. (off ferry hours recommended) And a back water canal which is a calmer area to net some keri, pittal, catfish, etc. Shoutout to Dinesh (Runs a fishing equipment repair shop in the area) and the bar auntie at Camcy Bar for always welcoming me with a heavy peg. Would definitely recommend Maria's Home and the town of Shiroda to bring perspective to what matters!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Villa during my visit to Goa, and it was nothing short of amazing! The villa boasts good, clean, and well-maintained rooms with a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The washrooms are spotless and hygienic , which added to the overall comfort of the stay. It’s equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for, including a modular kitchen, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. The spacious sitting area is a great spot to relax and unwind with family or friends. What sets this villa apart is its lucarative location . It’s conveniently located, providing easy access to all the exotic places in Goa, making sightseeing and exploring a breeze. A special mention to the wonderful hosts, Juwel and Diviya, and the house in-charge Surekha ji, who were extremely helpful and cooperative. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the experience. Highly recommend.

It was a lovely stay. The host was responsive. The place has the best surroundings and view. They also give you kayak free for half n hr trip. Overall, I would recommend everyone to stay here.

Really great place. Unfortunately the short cut to the beach seems to have been closed so best to hire bikes or scooters from the places up the road to get to the beach and local restaurants. Quiet peaceful place. Would recommend

Great place for a family or group upto 10 persons. Friendly & helpful care takers. Very clean & well maintained. Liked it & will recommend it for beautiful south Goa . Beaches etc. are nearby. All in all great place to stay.

The place is as described and as shown in the pictures. Clean place and easy to reach with lots of good restaurants around. Only con is there are a lot of lizards and mosquitoes due to the plants around. But overall the place is good. Surely would visit again if I come down to South Goa again.

The place is luxurious as aptly mentioned in the description. The villa was clean well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The caretaker Lawrence was very helpful and made us feel at home. Not much of interference from the owners/host so we had a great stay. Worth the price, however the beach is at distance not exactly a beach front villa.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Masay Stay Villa! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and a big part of that was due to the fantastic team. Vamika was an exceptional coordinator, always responsive and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Raju and his team were truly great caretakers; they were attentive, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The BBQ and food were also highlights of our stay – absolutely delicious and a real treat! We left feeling relaxed and refreshed, and we're already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend Masay Stay Villa for a wonderful and well-cared-for getaway!

If you and your family are looking for a luxurious and cozy house for your stay, THIS IS IT. Being in a nice and quiet neighborhood, this area is the perfect location for a getaway. Benaulim beach is super close by too and so is the local market. The property has parking for 2 cars, CCTV as well as being within a gated colony. The rooms are clean, airy and really Pinterest worthy!! The spacious bathrooms have hot water running all the time as well as all the basic toiletries that you would need. There are ample of cozy spaces for the entire family to sit around together. There is a lovely pool with a garden as well. The kitchen too is clean and equipped with varied utensils. The host is super great too and is willing to help you out with your requirements.
