Nileshs place in Talpona is no less than heaven. we were fortunate to get a three daystay at this place in Talpona.The backwaters behind the house as seen in the photos makes the place a worth visit. the silence of the sea can be experienced by just sitting and looking at it.All the amenities as mentioned were available.the care takers prasanna and Prem can guide you and help you with anything one needs. There are only two hotels nearby and the reasonable rate with good food makes this place a worth visit.Talpona beach is at a walking distance and this place is no short of heaven.Book this place if it's available for you since this place has the authentic feel of a south goans household.Will definitely stay here again on my future visit.

Lovely place near the Betul beach. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. The property faces Sal river and you can see the fishing boats moving around. There is sitting area on the balcony to sit and chill. The amenities provided makes you feel at home. Nima, our caretaker, was extremely cooperative and helpful. He made sure that the place is ready and upto date for us to live comfortably. Enough open space to play gully cricket 😅

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this property from March 16th to 18th. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—well-maintained, clean, and set in a serene location with no noise, making it a perfect getaway. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away, which was a major plus. The caretaker was very helpful, explaining everything in detail, and we appreciated how smoothly everything worked. Though the swimming pool is only about 3 feet deep, we still had a great time playing in the water. The only minor drawbacks were the limited food delivery options on Swiggy, so planning meals in advance would be a good idea. Also, while the Alexa-controlled setup for electrical appliances is a modern touch, we personally didn’t find it the most convenient to use. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend it for those looking for a calm retreat near the beach!

Our stay at this holiday home( Casale Majorda) in South Goa was truly delightful! The spacious, well-maintained apartment felt like a home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, and cooking essentials) made meal prep easy, and the battery backup ensured uninterrupted power. The clean swimming pool and peaceful, secure environment made it an ideal retreat for families, couples, and solo travelers. Our host, Suneetha, and property assistant, Menin, provided excellent hospitality, ensuring a spotless and comfortable stay. Located near Majorda Beach, we loved our serene morning walks and the vibrant beach shacks offering Goan seafood and drinks. Pentagon Restaurant is a must-visit for amazing food. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting South Goa. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun beach holiday, this place offers the best of both worlds. This will be my go-to stay in Goa.

I had a wonderful stay! The home is located in a calm and quiet area, perfect for relaxing. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated having access to the terrace – it was a great spot to unwind. The host was very supportive and responsive, making the experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay at Joaquim’s bnb, had all the facilities available felt right at home, Joaquim is a great guy made us feel comfortable provided all the things required and gave quick responses to my queries regarding bnb, great hospitality.

The stay was very good overall. had all amenities in kitchen, a big TV in the drawing room and a dry balcony with washing machine. The rooms were nice and clean. The host was very responsive, even late at night, waiting for us to check-in at 4am. Own parking space was a plus. There was an issue with bad water in the western commode due to some problem with society stp and repair could only be carried out after a few days. We had to use buckets for the 3 days instead of the flush. This is the only thing that was a problem and the host tried to resolve, even sending a plumber. But unfortunately, was something out of their control and was affecting all residents of the society. Apart from this, the stay was excellent. The location is good and there are shops outside the society at walkable distance for essential stuff. I would very much recommend staying here!

Words will fall short for how wonderful the place was! Ramesh was super helpful and very very responsive. Moreover, the place was even better than what the photos showed. After a long day of exploring, this place was so homely to come back to. It is also quite aptly located where three of the major beaches are in vicinity and accessible. I wish I could stay longer than planned. Next time I visit this is going to be the place!

We are in love with this place and Ritu has been the most gracious host. The place itself is beautiful. The entire property is very well maintained and rendered colourful because of thousands of flowers. Whatever you see advertised is what you get and probably more. Housekeeping is also done regularly. Cavelossim beach is just across the road. There are lot of stores and cafés around. Perfect! Couldn’t ask for anything more.

This place for me is a 5/5 a must consider if u looking for a stay or even workation @ south goa the warmth offered by Sunil and others, the way they make u feel at home is a feeling like none other. this place is located so close to the beach, and very close to the bus stop @ canacona. they also offer amazing help wrt bike hire, laundry etc it's literally like staying with a group of friends very warm folks and a really charming stay waiting to be back der

This place is gem of a find for anyone who's looking for some peace and quiet. There's this balcony overlooking a lake, and it's priceless. This place felt like a private island for us in Goa! The host, Wilfred was kind enough to suggest some local recommendations as well. Our Goa trip was enhanced because of this little lullaby of a cottage.

Gerson was a really good host. Very helpful, cooperative and very friendly. He also guided us to a lot of places. He’ll pick your call even it’s 2 AM and any kind of issues you have, he’s there to help you out of that. Really looking forward to visit the place again and meet the owner. The place is really nice and cozy. We had a lovely stay of 4 nights and 5 days. It has lots of greenery and the mornings look beautiful. It is very near to the Palolem beach. There is no restaurant in the hotel but you can order food from outside. The manager and the other staffs are very friendly and helpful. The ambience is very calm and serene. There is a good shopping lane outside the hotel, Palolem Beach is one of the best beaches in South Goa.
