Situated in the most ancient neighbourhood, only to 5 minutes by walking to the beach and very close to the Club Golf de Pals (15 min by walking). You can find everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, souvenirs... The apartment has a small space in the entrance for park one car. Dining room, open kitchen with fridge and oven, bathroom with shower. At the entrance there is a 10m2 patio.

Apartamento de 75 m2, situado en primer piso, entrada desde el garaje cubierto, en patio compartido con la familia. Dispone dos habitaciones, una habitación principal con balcón y una secundaria. En la habitación principal, se puede instalar una cuna para bb. Gran terraza cubierta, compartida con al familia, que sirve para tender ropa, si se precisa.
