Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pambula Beach

Sam’s beautiful Treehouse was the perfect getaway for this solo Mama, 3 tweens & a geriatric greyhound 🩷 Sam shared all the local tips about places to swim, eat, shop etc. We loved Sunny’s, Bar Beach, Mitchies & Fleetwood. The Treehouse is gorgeous inside & out. We felt so grateful to Sam for curating such a nurturing space. Listening to the kookaburras this morning at sunrise was sublime.

We had an incredible weekend at this property! Comfortable beds, plenty of space to spread out, and a great common area for meals, games, and laughs. The location was ideal — close to golf courses, restaurants, and anything else we needed. The host was responsive and thoughtful, making check-in a breeze and the whole stay stress-free. Special shout-out to the deck and barbecue area — perfect for unwinding after a day in Merimbula. Can’t recommend this place enough for groups or families looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Would absolutely come back again!

Very nice home, well priced and spacious, close walk to nice restaurants and cafes

We fell in love with the photos of BoxHouse… then our expectations were exceeded! Hands down one of the best AirBnB experiences we’ve ever had. Liz is the perfect host: so friendly & caring, providing quality, thoughtful touches throughout the property. Everything in the home & at the property is of the highest standard, we were so comfy & cozy & spoilt over our winter long weekend stay. Highlights were the sunrise from the loft bedroom, the local kangaroos & birds, grilling on the bbq, reading & sipping a cup of tea as sunlight poured through the huge windows, yoga & cheese platters on the sun-drenched porch - everything was pure bliss! The home is so unique & interesting & we loved reading about the build & the town of Tanja in the books provided. We had a 5+ star experience & highly recommend a stay at the gorgeous BoxHouse.

Leanne’s place completely exceeded our expectations — it truly blew us away. The property is beautifully designed, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. All the amenities and appliances worked perfectly, though having a laundry dryer would’ve made it even more convenient. But the real showstopper is the lake — it felt like our own private, attached sanctuary. Whether you're just gazing at it or taking a refreshing dip, it adds an incredible, peaceful touch to the entire experience. The extra snacks and food items provided were such a thoughtful gesture — a cherry on top of an already perfect stay. And yes, it even has a personal lemon tree! Hands down, one of the best stays I’ve had. Can’t recommend it enough.

We stayed here while working in the area and couldn’t have been happier. The home was spotless, well equipped, and really comfortable after long days on site. It’s in a great location, close to everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and made the whole process smooth. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others traveling for work or leisure!

We came to stay at Tracy's place at Pambula for some beach time & to visit friends. The property has been tastefully renovated and is a very well appointed base for our beach stay. easy 7mins walk to Pambula patrolled beach, very workable kitchen and fabulous setup all round with a heavenly comfortable bed, large en-suite made for a relaxing and easy break. Nice division of living space allows for kids entertaining themselves in one space, adults in the other. Tracy is a great Superhost that is easy to work with and has gone to a fair effort to ensure everything required is available. Recommended to others and would like to return at some point.

This beautiful old church was a pleasure to stay at. Located on a large private block on a hill overlooking the village of Wolumla, it offers peace and quiet with stunning views of the rolling hills below, all within a short drive to Merimbula, Pambula and the beautiful little settlement of Candelo. The residence is open plan, which makes it perfect for young families with kids, while the separate bathhouse, shower and toilet offers privacy where it matters. With high ecclesiastical ceilings and beautiful old stained glass window features, not to mention wonderful acoustics, it’s a really unique experience. And the external deck is a great place to share a meal or admire the view. A rare spot and a truly wonderful stay. Our seven-year-old son especially loved it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something different.

Was a great house to stay in, Duncan was a lovely host

I had a lovely time staying at Jo's. The place was really well decorated, clean with many extra touches like books, games, kitchen supplies and comfortable beds. Recommdations about local eateries were accurate and helpful. communication with Jo was easy and friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tathra Tides! Kristen was a beautiful and friendly host and made us feel right at home, she provided us with things we needed for our stay and was fantastic to communicate with. Such a gorgeous space, very spacious and incredibly comfy beds. We loved cooking in the kitchen and using the outdoor area. My 7 month old loved crawling and exploring and my 5 year old particularly liked the bunk beads, target practice and the games and toys! Walking distance to beach, cafes, playground, skatepark and ice-creamery. We would love to come back.

Anthony and Ana were great hosts. They were communicative and we felt very welcome. The property was clean and an easy walk to cafes, shops, restaurants and the water front. The beds were very comfortable and we slept really well. We really enjoyed our stay in a great location and do not have any negative comments regarding the property or the hosts. We thoroughly recommend Anthony and Ana’s property to anyone staying in Bermagui.

Perfect location and easy to get to everything. Walks and a swim at Bar Beach every morning was a great way to start the day. Stunning views of the Lake. From the outset Melissa was lovely to deal with and extremely helpful. Communication was responsive and clear, with directions and tips ready to help us get settled. The premises was pristine and very well appointed and perfect walking distance to town and restaurants. Highly recommended 👍

The Mountain View Farm stay was really great, we actually looked forward to going back there after our days outings, everything we needed was provided and it was a great place for our dogs too. We will be going back to stay again 🙂

What an absolute gem, this quirky, gorgeous flat is a dream to stay at, we loved absolutely everything about it. Haani is such a beautiful soul, so welcoming and accommodating, she truly made our stay extra special.
