My friend and I had a fantastic stay at this property! The beds were comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge. The shower had great water pressure—always a plus—and everything was well-maintained. What really set this place apart were the stunning views; I could have spent hours just taking them in. The hosts were also excellent—quick to respond and very helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for comfort, beauty, and great hospitality all in one!

Very good airbnb, gerson is very friendly and recommended a Tuk tuk that I always took us and brought us well, they accepted our kitten , the truth was 10/10 with the place maybe only the location was a little far but away a very good place to stay , I recommend it!!

It's even more beautiful than the pictures and I would come back a thousand times!! Pros: You can see the sunrise from the balcony and be surrounded by lots of nature throughout the stay. The landscapes are beautiful!! The restaurant food is rich. Direct access to the lake. Public motorboats always pass so you can easily mobilize. Cons: You can run into large spiders and scorpions so be mentally prepared. You have to go up several stairs to get to the room.

This was such a beautiful apartment in the perfect location! Kenny and Israel were very kind and helpful, and were very flexible with check in.

Jenny and Clemens’s place is truly magical and an ideal spot for first-timers visiting Lake Atitlán. We instantly fell in love with the stunning views and the peaceful atmosphere during our two-day stay. From the start, Jenny and Clemens were incredibly welcoming and responsive. They helped us arrange roundtrip shuttle service from Antigua and even organized a private lancha to reach their home, making everything so easy. Thanks to their great location, we could walk to nearby spots like Casa del Mundo, Isla Verde, and even take a cooking class in Santa Cruz. Getting around by public lanchas were also simple. Just flag one down at the dock, and the drivers know exactly where to drop you off on your return.

We've booked the place for almost a week because I needed to do a bit of remote work and to have at least a good view (which was indeed very beautiful over the lake :-) ) + Clemente is very friendly and helpful; he was a bit sick at the time, but was very responsive and sent his son for check-in. Also when the nights were a bit colder then expected, he also sent over immediately a friend for an extra blanket, when we wrote him :-) + Beautiful view - Can be very loud at night, because of all the partying in San Pedro, so bring earplugs - some furniture was a bit dusty - at the beginning we were a bit afraid of the electrical shower head, because it uses so much energy that the lights get dimmer and it seemed to have no grounding... (but apparently such shower heads for hot water are very common in central america and we actually had no problems) + well enough equipped kitchen to prepare your own foods Overall i really recommend the place if you want to stay a bit in San Pedro, especia

We had an incredible time at the place, it has an unbeatable view and has everything you need to be well, alone or with family or friends. Also, just a few steps away, I find everything from restaurants, laundries, shops and more.

We loved the place, great location, very clean, nice warm shower, walkable to the downtown but quite enough at night and super kind hosts with a cute dog! :) We hope to come back!

This place was just as described! This place was so peaceful and calm, it was perfect to get away from the busy towns nearby. The only slight inconvenience was having to find a tuktuk to get to the nearby towns as they were not walking distance. We had to start walking until a tuktuk became available. Overall I would totally recommend this place!

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. I’ve traveled to a lot of Airbnb’s in many different countries and none compare to this. Finding this place is surely an adventure but once you are there, you don’t want to leave! I can’t say enough good things about the chefs that will cook you every meal. We had them do all the shopping for our meals along with other items we wanted such as water and beer. The housekeeper services that help coordinate private boat rides to other villages, keeping the place clean, or even small things such as turning on the hot tub while we are away are truly incredible perks of this place. The property and views are just amazing and I can’t wait to come back here for my next stay!

Was a delight to have the opportunity to spend with my husband, my son and his girlfriend. We all had our own private accommodations, with shared community spaces and places for alone time! Was a peaceful, beautiful setting! We absolutely loved our host. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your villa!

This place was absolutely beautiful. The ladies that came and cooked for us were amazing. Food was amazing and so worth hiring them to cook for us. There really isnt anywhere to get food from around the area. Josue went and purchased the groceries for us and made sure that we had everything we needed. I cant wait to book this place again.

Casa Blanca was absolutely stunning! The views were great, the house was pristine, and the staff were incredible. There was always someone there to help and they were always ready to respond to our messages and help. We can’t speak more highly of our time there. They gave us great recommendations, and helped us arrange rides to and from our dock.

The house is gorgeous and clean, Maria and Rudy are very kind and helpful and there are dogs and a cat that come visit who are very sweet and playful.

Everything was excellent. The location, the amenities of the towers on the lake, the services, restaurant, cleanliness of the apartment, comfortable beds, super clean, everything was excellent. 100 points and we will definitely repeat.

Absolutely stunning views. Great hosts, everyone was so helpful and immediately responded to anything we asked, we so appreciated their attentiveness. The views from here cannot be beat, wake up just before sunrise and watch. The restaurant had the best food we had in San Marcos actually. And maybe my favorite thing - their jacuzzi was actually extremely clean and well maintained! I’m picky about this. This water was pristine and treated. Perfection in the early mornings. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great stay. They were on top of all our needs with transportation to different towns of the lake. And it was a beautiful view to everything.

I loved my stay! It is a magical place but above all I loved the friendliness of all the staff, especially Noelia and Don Vicente. I would come back without hesitation! I also took my 10 month old baby and he enjoyed everything since it was a super quiet environment. The only thing I would like is that the restaurant was open until a little later because everything was really rich. 10/10 !

The place is beautiful, very well maintained and with a quiet atmosphere, ideal for resting, not for parties or sleepless nights, just what we were looking for. All staff were very kind. The jacuzzi was an excellent choice, perfect for relaxing. The restaurant is good in flavor and quality, although it would be ideal to have one or two more options on the menu. As indicated in the description, there are insects typical of the natural environment (mosquitoes and spiders, not cockroaches), so the repellent is essential. The WiFi exceeded my expectations. The only challenge was the road to get there, which can be stressful, but it's definitely worth it once you're there.

The host’s communication was well. I was given an outline of options on how to make my way to the property and it was let to be known what people should be charging me during this commute. The view is beautiful. Every morning I woke up feeling at peace. The staff is helpful. They will help with your luggage and even getting a tuk tuk to San Marcos.
