Enjoyed the stay Thanks to our Host Praveen who was quick in responding. The place is very clean and homely We had a couple of problems with the Air conditioner and Wi-Fi to which Praveen responded immediately and were resolved instantly. Great Place…Great Host… Would love to stay again.

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

We stayed at the beautiful La Maroma Estate (villa 08) for 3 nights, and it was absolutely perfect. After searching through countless villas and resorts that needed to meet all our criteria—especially being safe and pet-friendly—we finally found this gem and it exceeded all expectations. Spacious, homely, well-priced, great location, the villa was spotless, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully managed. All amenities were provided and the housekeeping team was incredibly helpful and always available. I’d highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family, a group of friends or especially with dogs—they’ll love it as much as we did. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.

We had a lovely stay at this place in Goa over the weekend. The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. good place if you are looking for a beach front house. the beach and surroundings are very peaceful and private. the beach itself is cleanest I have seen in goa. the caretaker pappu was always around to help us out.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

La Luxo was a beautiful stay. Nestled in a peaceful place, the rooms were as they were described. The pool and the view from the pool are definitely the USP of the place. Sowmya was a great host and ensured that all our queries were handled appropriately. It was the perfect stay and I would recommend everyone to choose La Luxo if they want a beautiful, peaceful and serene stay with the luxury of a beautiful view and relaxing pool. Would definitely love to come again!

The villa was absolutely wonderful and matched the pictures perfectly. We were truly impressed by the hospitality. There was a dedicated person name (Nimbraj) available to prepare meals for us. whatever we requested, he kindly cooked with great care. His service was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants just a 2–5 minute walk away, including Tomatos, Mikey’s, Palms and Sands, and Uptown where we dine-in all the restaurants Plus, the villa is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4-day getaway. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

The place my friends and I stayed at was utterly amazing. We all felt really comfortable and right at home. I loved how there were so many air conditioning and ceiling fans available as it was so hot outside, so it was nice and cool as soon as you step in the villa. We didn’t get to meet the owners but the caretakers, Ariyan and Shakil were so so good, very very quick to response and helped out a lot! They have been so nice, wonderful and super friendly. I have interacted more with Ariyan and he was just such a lovely and hard working guy! They gave good local recommendations and helped us when we were in trouble trying to find transport to the airport! They alone deserve really good praise. The villa is situated 10-13 minute walk to the beach and has lovely markets on the way there. Restaurants and the supermarket were all very close within walking distance, which was a huge plus! My friends and I would definitely stay here again!

The Pause Project was definitely a must visit if you want to spend some nice time but still not miss home. Sid & Pavika are amazing hosts, they are super helpful to ensure that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. All that you need like car/bike rentals, restaurants, cafés, sundowners and cocktail bars are a few minutes away. Want to see the newer side of North Goa, this property can be a good base station for you. Great job Pavika & Sid. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

The host was fantastic. He was friendly and genuinely a super host. Has put in a lot of thought into the property. Linen was top quality. Great collection of crockery and very well organised with good household equipment. There were NO power failures. This property has everything to make you feel at home as well as great service equivalent to a nice hotel. Gated Driveway for parking available at the property. Secure house with CCTV cameras. Good local knowledge with recommendations of surrounding areas . First Airbnb experience with an overall amazing stay. Would certainly consider staying here again 😊

Panav is a great host super helpful, always available and very generous! He sent us lovely breakfasts , suggested great nearby places to visit! The helpers were very good and always available making sure we had a comfortable stay. The airbnb has a lovely ambiance , cute, cozy and private! Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. Neat and clean rooms, Bathroom and amenities , Special thanks to care taker Renu for excellent breakfast and hospitality. Thanks for making our stay special

Both Aniket and Amit were very responsive. The location was excellent, and the flat was amazing, offering a luxurious feel. All key locations are within a 10km radius, making it easy to explore the surroundings. It truly is a lavish flat, and I had a wonderful time.
