My stay at this place in Casco Viejo was excellent. The location is unbeatable, close to restaurants, bars, squares, and historical sites, allowing you to enjoy walking the entire colonial and modern atmosphere of the place. The apartment is as shown in the photos: clean, comfortable and very well decorated, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Also, the host was very attentive and was always available for any questions. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Panama.

If I could give Carlos' place 8 stars, I would! It was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. It was only two of us and the space we had with the 2 story loft was incredible. The place was warm, inviting, Air Conditioning worked PERFECTLY and we truly did not want to leave. The kitchen had everything we needed for our 3 night stay (including a cutting board for our market pineapple purchase), there was an in unit washer that we used twice (Panama City was HUMID) and each bathroom had amazing amenities. Carlos put so much thought into making his AirBnB as comfortable for guests as possible and went above and beyond as a host. He dropped off decorations for my cousin's birthday, sent us a number of recommendations and truly care that we were content. He was an absolutely lovely host. If you rent his place, please note there are a few flights of stairs. My cousin and I appreciated the exercise but if have physical restraints, this gorgeous place is not for you.

We had a wonderful stay with Brittany and Juan! They were very responsive and friendly. And they let us store our luggage since we were there a little early, which was really nice. The space was clean and just as the pictures. The location is perfect. You’re surrounded by many great restaurants and stores. Would definitely book again!

The apartment looks exactly like the photos — not very big, but perfect for a couple. We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was easy and straightforward, and the check-in instructions were clear and simple. The apartment was very clean overall; only the floor had a bit of dust. The kitchen has basic equipment, enough to prepare simple meals. Towels and bedding were provided, and the bed was comfortable. The building is very new (it even felt a bit empty during our stay), and it’s located just a few blocks from Casco Viejo. However, the immediate surrounding area feels quite local and can seem a little less safe, especially at night, with some dimly lit streets. While we walked to and from Casco Viejo at night without any issues, solo female travelers might prefer to stay in a more central or lively area. That said, we had a great experience overall and really appreciated the space.

Very good stay in this 2-bedroom penthouse. The apartment is comfortable, clean and has a spectacular view. The area is quiet, surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing. In addition, the complex has 24 hour security, which gives a lot of peace of mind. I would recommend it and I would stay again!

It was a great stay. A nice private terase in front of the apartment ( nice view for sunrise) and a patio in the backyard (perfect for breakfast close to birds concert, neque, lizards, tucan and a large variety of flora). In the flat you can find all the necessary basic things, with a well equipped kitchen, good Wi-Fi, air condition every room. It is a quiet area, safe, clean. Ricardo is a very good host, helpful and understanding (last day he fast accepted a late checkout). I highly recommend

Joey has a great apartment just outside of Casco Viejo on a pedestrian-only street. Very well stocked with toiletries, high-end bath towels and sheets, coffee, and more so that you don't have to run out and buy things right away. Apartment is well cared for and the building is very quiet with a roof top terrace and views of Casco and Punta Pacifica. Only potential drawback is that because the place is right on the edge of development and regentrifying there are some colorful (not dangerous) neighbors hanging around, which might bother some. But, you are just a few minutes walk from Casco and restaurants like Ma Halo and Bruma, and there's also a decent Italian restaurant with a good wine list a few doors down. Joey is ultra-responsive and very conscientious. Highly recommend for any length of visit.

Gamboa is perfect for anyone wanting to see the rainforest. Compared to the traffic and crowds in Panama City, Gamboa is very peaceful and beautiful. The house is half of a duplex built by the US to support the canal and has nice touches added by the owner. There is a path next door to walk to the ‘town’ center which is a small restaurant and a shop. Plenty of nature attractions near by. In the back yard we saw iguanas, neques, frogs, bats, monkeys and birds. There are avocados trees and plantains growing in the back yard too.

Excellent location, it is a very safe residential neighborhood and super close to everything, especially the shopping centers where you can shop, 100% recommended.

Very nice place in beautiful surrounding lot of amazing big trees in area and the three doggies here the cutest and most polite little companions. My little daughter was playing with them the whole time. Also when we visited there were fruits rose apples in the trees which my little toddler enjoyed so much 😊. Thank you for letting us stay.

Don Gerardo was an amazing host. He picked my family and I up from the airport and welcomed us to his place with a cake which he did not need to do at all. He went above and beyond by offering us advice on local spots and attractions and completely changing the washing machine when the last one had issues. He was very attentive and welcoming to my elderly parents. He even drove my daughter back home from the airport after dropping her off there (one hour round trip) as she had forgotten something important at his place. The house was huge and exactly what my family and I needed. There were no issues at all from the house apart from the aforementioned washing machine which he rectified immediately when we were out of the house. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a big family to stay in Gerardo’s place. He is just an amazing guy and super super host . Highly recommended

Lilia Esther, welcomed as warmly late in the evening. The personal caring touch felt great after a very tiring day. We had to leave very early in the morning again. I can really recommend this place for a short stay at the airport.

just loved this place. the location is great. the room was large and funky. i liked all the organized controls. it even had a projector rather than a tv! zero issues and i would love to stay here again.

Amazing spot in Casco Viejo! We traveled with another family and had 4 kids total. Very safe, very walkable. Beds and linens were GREAT! Rooftop was perfect for hanging out after the kids went to bed. Downstairs “apartment” felt very much like part of the rental, but could be separate if needed - grandparent, babysitter suite, etc. Kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay!

An unforgettable experience! Steve’s well equipped apartment was clean, comfortable, safe, and quiet. But what made it special was its location. It is located on a long narrow causeway (Amador) that connects 2 islands to the mainland. His apartment has a wall of glass windows and sliding patio door that overlooks the channel where boats enter the Panama Canal. Fabulous to watch from inside AND outside on the patio and rooftop deck. If you comfortable with using public transportation, there are local bus stops on the causeway that will take you to the main terminal of transportation to any place local or long distance. That causeway is wonderful. Safe, family friendly, lovely for a cooling evening stroll.

This place was great. As other reviewers have mentioned, the area close to the building may seem sketch but it's just empoverished. People in the area are nice and keep to themselves. Everything needed is within walking distance and the apartment itself is extremely peaceful ✌️.

Fabulous attention. Always at the Disposition. I would definitely come back. My children had a great time and we as a family more.. We enjoyed many of the attractions, being close to the slides was fantastic for being with the little ones. And at the end of the night I can hear the sea.

The views the best. The large and comfortable depto. Comfortable beds, good pillows, sheet, mattress. spacious bathroom, 3 air conditioners. parking that allowed to go everywhere. You could walk to the old town and the coast but to the back it didn't seem the best area of the city, although we walked to take the subway 2 blocks away or buy pizzas in the back block and while at night (dark early) it seemed ugly, never any problems or hear anything that suggests what is dangerous. I could go back quietly to rent with Rafael on an upcoming visit to Panama

Esteban’s place is nothing short of magical! We loved watching the freighters and enjoying the pools. Esteban.makes you feel right at home, and even gave us a bus pass. He came to greet us and gave us recommendations for Father’s Day and our daughter’s birthday. The finest host we’ve had. The hospitality of Panamá is incredible. The location is marvelous, close to everything and very safe. Estaban makes you feel like family, and is invested in making a great stay. Do not hesitate to book this!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Casco Viejo! The location was perfect—right in the heart of the old town and close to everything I needed, including restaurants, cafes, shops, and historic sites. It was super convenient to walk around and explore without needing a car. The host was also fantastic—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated the quick communication and warm hospitality. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting Panama City and want to be in a vibrant, walkable area.
