Amazing apartment right in the center. Easy to find and check in/check out. Gordan was very responsive with questions that we had. Added bonus is that the A/C worked really well which was helpful as we got hit by a bit of a heat wave. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We loved staying here.

We had a really pleasant stay at this beautiful apartment! The place is very bright, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nenad is very pleasant and responsive, always ready to help and answer any questions. We especially loved the cozy balcony with a view of the city—perfect for morning coffee. The apartment is located in a quiet central area, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. There are shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, and all the main attractions are within easy walking distance. Plenty of public transportation options are available close by, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend choosing this apartment for your next trip!

Oğlum eşim ve çocuk bekleyen bir çift ile konakladık .Airbnbyi ilk kullanışımız .Aklımızda sorular vardı ama her şey güzel geçti . Dejan iyi bir ev sahibi .Bize istediğimiz konularda yardımcı oldu .Kalemegdan a yürüyerek 40 dk . Biz araba kiraladık ama en uzak yer kalemagdan zaten her yere yürüyerek gidilebilir . Etrafında süpermarketler var uygun fiyatlı ve güvenilir alışveriş yapılabilecek . Ev temiz ve kullanışlı . Kendi evinizde kullandığınız tüm ürünler var neredeyse . Ps4 içinde oyunlar yüklü bir şekilde kullanışa hazır . YouTube premium yüklü . Ses sistemi şık ve kullanışlı .

Temiz bir ev, kaliteli ev aletleri arıyorsanız kaçırmayın. Ivan gayet yardımcı oldu ve sorunsuz bir konaklama yapmamızı sağladı. Şehir merkezine görece çok az mesafe var ama ulaşımla ilgili sıkıntı yaşanmıyor. Fiyat kalite olarak üst düzey bir hizmet verdiler. Teşekkürler.

Apartman je odličan. Čisto, dobro opremljen. Na par minuta od tramvaja i autobusa. Ima privatni parking koji nam je bio neophodan. Preporuka

Gordana istediğim her an ulaşabildim. Ev anlatıldığı gibiydi ve çok rahat ettim tek sorun sıcak su işin termosifonu önceden açmak gerekiyor anlık sıcak su bulmak biraz zordu. Evde gereken herşey vardı çamaşır makinası ve ütü olması çok iyiydi. Televizyon smart olsaydı daha iyi olabilirdi

Jovan was super friendly from the beginning. The cottage is super comfortable and useful if you are staying for a few days, and even for a possible longer stay as it has a kitchen. It is in a very good location close to the centre and has many bus stops nearby that will take you to most parts of Belgrade.

Everything was awesome and smooth, we spent a great time in Serbia and at Dragan's house. It was a great house, with quite a good place for working remotely and quiet area for good sleeping (despite the fact of chicken and roosters noise). The area is also nice, the food in the cafes and restaurants is better than in Belgrade (esp. huge pancakes in the fast food cafe near Gomex, they even beat our Russian ones). Dragan also suggested some locations nearby to enjoy the nature (so we had a nice picnic in Ivanovo with swans). Even though it's possible to use public transport to go to Pancevo and then to Belgrade, but it's time consuming (esp. at the weekends where the bus is scheduled once in an hour), so cars are the best option. Overall, 100% recommended. Thanks Dragan for hosting us :)

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

Milka war eine super Gastgeberin, bei allen Fragen war sie sofort erreichbar und hat mit Rat und Tat geholfen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und die Anlage ist perfekt für Gruppen. Jederzeit wieder gerne!

The apartment is VERY NICE & VERY CLEAN. Looks just like in the pictures. Safe parking inside the yard is a great advantage. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport. The town of Surcin has various stores and restaurants. Communication with Emilija was very good. We didn't actually meet, but she sent us very clear instructions how to get in the apartment, always replied within 5 minutes and also provided helpful tips when we asked for advice about the town. Also check-in was flexible. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and the apartment was waiting for us 🙂

Great place to stay! Beautifull sights and very secluded. It was a bit of rougj terrain and not in walking distance of much things, but it was verry worthwhile experience.

A small and cozy house on a quiet street fully matches the description. Inside, there is everything you need for a family getaway. The house was decorated for the New Year, and we were welcomed with champagne. The fireplace is a special highlight of this home, you can wrap yourself in a warm blanket and enjoy the fire, creating a truly homely atmosphere. Couriers and taxis can easily find the address, and there is a bus stop nearby with direct routes to the city center.

I had such a lovely stay at Nemanja’s flat. They were always proactively reaching out to ensure everything was ok and whether I needed anything. I’ve never had that level of outreach before from a host. They even let me come a little earlier than the allotted check in time. The flat was even better than the photos (and the photos were great). I felt very comfortable in the space and it have everything, and more, that I needed for my stay. The bed was so comfortable. The WiFi worked great for working and I had a few zoom meetings with no issues. There was sometimes work being done during the day somewhere near but at night it was very quiet. The location was great and walking distance to so many different things. Also, easy to get down to the center area if that’s desired. I’d definitely recommend Namanja’s flat to anyone looking for a stay in Belgrade.

Great location and communication with host.

Am avut parte de o ședere foarte plăcută. Apartamentul era extrem de curat, bine întreținut și amenajat cu gust. Ne-am simțit ca acasă încă din prima clipă. Un mare plus a fost vederea – absolut superbă!! Zona este liniștită, langa un parc imens ideală pentru relaxare, dar totuși aproape de punctele de interes. Gazda a fost amabilă și comunicativă, ne-a oferit toate informațiile necesare pentru un sejur fără griji. Cu siguranță vom reveni!

Haziran ayının ilk haftasında balkan seyahatinde tekrar tercih ettiğimiz belgrad şehrinde kendi evimizde gibi hissedebildiğimiz için teşekkür ederiz , ilk gün uçağın rötar ve yolların kapalı olmasına rağmen bizi bekleyerek evi anlatması ayrı bir incelikti🙂 ıhlamur kokularıyla kaplı sokağında güzel bir yeni apartman dairesi , temiz ve ihtiyaclarınıza cevap verebilecek lidl ve maxi gibi marketlere yürüme mesafesinde merkez meydana ise 2 durak otobüs mesafesi 1km tekrar seyahatimde mutlaka ilk sıramızda yer olacak bir ev 🙂

Gute Location - zentral und doch ruhig, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation mit Luka, sowie das Check-in, waren unkompliziert. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen und komme nächstes Mal gern wieder. :)

Квартира на крыше в прекрасном месте в Земуне. Потрясающий вид на город и на закаты. Сами апарты не супер новые, но очень уютные. Внутри стоят две югославские печки-грелки, которые за ночь очень хорошо нагреваются и весь день держат тепло. Мне было хорошо, уютно и по домашнему. Единственный нюанс, что надо высоко подниматься

Spacious apartment, with a good kitchen set-up and grocery store nearby making it easy to cook, and the apartment is in a great location with lots of nice restaurant's and cafes nearby. I will stay hear again next time I am in Belgrade.
