Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pandan Perdana

The view, wow! My partner and I were amazed by the view, and the photos just don’t do it justice. The room is exactly like pictures, minimal interior decorations. A few smaller details would have been nicer, such as pool towels, proper kitchen towels etc. This stay is located in a very nice and secure building. The pool is also spectacular, with that floor having a view from all around the building. There is also a big shopping mall located at the bottom of the building LaLaport, which is very convenient. A great stay, and would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The view was absolutely stunning🤩 and the space felt clean, modern, and very comfortable, a real home away from home. The hosts were very responsive and clear in their communication, from check-in instructions to helpful reminders at check-out. We appreciated the smooth process and their friendly attitude throughout. The location was good for exploring Kuala Lumpur, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended! My kids really enjoyed the little play corner and the electric ride-on toy — we were lucky to find the charger tucked inside the TV console! The host was also very responsive and helpful. I had accidentally booked the wrong date for another unit in KL (also managed by them), but once I informed them, they resolved it the same night and even arranged a full refund. Truly appreciated! The unit was clean overall, but the towels didn’t fully dry the body and had a bit of an odor. Other than that, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Had a great time staying here - the place is very centrally located and pretty much all the major attractions are within a 5 - 6 km radius (if not walkable).

We had a wonderful stay at Xuites Arte Cheras as a family with our daughter. The unit was clean, modern, and very comfortable — especially the bed and pillows, which made us feel right at home. The host Mr. Steve was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful from the start. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. We also appreciated the stable internet, which was perfect for my husband who works online. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to Taman Midah MRT, making it easy to explore KL. The building facilities were also great — everything was well-maintained and secure. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-connected, and host-friendly place to stay. We’d happily stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The apart is just like the pictures and it has all you need for a comfortable stay. Definitely worth the money to stay here. The location is excellent, with Bukit Bintanh at walking distance.

Suhanna's place is at the prime area and its so accessible to the main centres without much hassle. The house was perfect with a quiet neighbourhood. Will definitely come back again and recommend as well.

The house is super clean. Very spacious . Comfortable. More important you don't have to fight for bathrooms 😂 6 bedroom 6 bathroom very suitable for big family. The host is responsive and polite.

Afiq has been accommodating to our requests and needs around flexible guests and check in times and has reassured us that his place could host many guests especially as we're using it as a landing ground for our bridal party for our wedding day. Many amenities are provided including a large water dispenser, large fridge and freezer, and not to mention various spaces for guests to interact and relax. The porch is large enough to fit 3-4 cars depending on the size and if you're lucky a couple of street parking as well. Highly recommend this place if you have a larger crowd and are looking for a well furnished and fitted house.

Overall, I had a very satisfying experience with the Row team and Jessica. We rented this place for a non-commercial video shoot, and the team was very helpful in communicating with the house owner and keeping us updated throughout the process. I came across some comments mentioning that filming isn’t allowed at the property, but I don't think that’s entirely true. In my experience, mutual respect and clear communication—especially informing them in advance about the nature of the shoot and which areas will be featured—go a long way in getting consent and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Communication is key, and I truly appreciate the support from the Row team. Cheers!

The place offers excellent connection to the Sunway Velocity mall as well as the local transport with MRT. Futhermore, the area is safe and lots of local shops were present that satisfied our needs. Overall an excellent stay and we would love to come back again at this stay when we come back again in Kuala Lumpur!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb in Legasi Kampung Bahru. The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as described. The view of the KL skyline from the balcony (especially the Petronas Towers!) was absolutely stunning — a real highlight of the stay. Host was very responsive and friendly! This was my first time visiting Malasyia and the host made sure I fit right in, very appreciative. Place was very beautiful and the scenery was great.
