Dear travelers, this is not exactly a treehouse, but we decided to call it that because many of our guests describe the experience as feeling like being up in a tree. The cabin is located in the rainforest and only 5 minutes walk to Cocles beach and pristine Bluff Beach (just in front of Pirripli Island.) We currently have a 100 MB stable connection so it is a great option for people who need to work during their holidays. The access road is flat, easy walking for everyone and no 4x4 is needed

Ba Ko | Pool+garden luxury cabin

Ba Ko ("your place" in indigenous bri-bri language) is an eco-friendly stylish cabin in the outskirts of Puerto Viejo. It's close to the village downtown (walking distance or 5 minute bike ride), but located in a quieter nice area. All the property (the cabin and the surrounding garden with pool) is private and for the exclusive use of the guests. Lay all day long on the hammock, chill out in the pool, or go to the amazing beaches (Cocles, Chiquita, Punta Uva) and enjoy the town night vibes.

Important you need a 4 WD car to arrive to the house, If you do not have a 4WD car, it is prohibited to try to climb it since it will break up my path further.

My place is close to the beach and family-friendly activities. It is good for couples and groups. You can enjoy the view from the balcony and the privacy inside the house. Walking around the neighborhood gives you great spots for hiking and jogging, all in the middle of nature. Sightings of birds and monkeys are very common as they like the surroundings. The house is far enough from the center of Cahuita to have some quiet time, but close enough to go there to eat and buy groceries.
