Cozy, cheap, older summer house near Løkken

The cottage at Lønstrup was built in 1986. It is a well-maintained and cozy cottage, tastefully decorated and located on a large, southwest sloping natural plot. The plot is surrounded by large trees that provide good shelter from the west wind and create many play opportunities for children. The cottage is located in the middle of the magnificent nature by the North Sea. A small path leads from the house over the dunes to the North Sea, a walk of about 10 minutes, where you will find some of Denmark's most beautiful beaches.

The Oceanfront Cabin

The cottage, which is located in the 1st row by the North Sea north of Lønstrup, is extremely well appointed with views of the sea on 3 sides of the house. There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

My cozy apartment is centrally located in the city with a short distance to the sea, city center and shopping. The style leads the mind to the sea, the dunes and the special charm of the bathhouses. The apartment is 82 sqm with 2 bedrooms with 3/4 bed, as well as a connected living room/kitchen. There is direct access to a beautiful west-facing terrace with views of the dunes and the city's rooftops. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is free parking nearby and the possibility of unloading at the door

The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. The cottage is fenced - with a large area, and you can therefore let your dog run free. NOTE: From May to August, the tent is open and there is therefore the possibility of 8 overnight guests. Less than 100 meters via the private path from the house and you are on the most beautiful stetch of beach between Rødhus and Blokhus. The house was fully renovated in 2021. Theres is Fiber wireless internet, however no televisions as this is a place of relaxation - go out and enjoy the beach 😀
