A small corner of paradise halfway between Perugia and Lake Trasimeno. There are small independent apartments equipped with everything you need, with attention to detail, clean and with a priceless atmosphere, between white stone and wood. The structure is located within an extensive, lush property with an equally suggestive view of the green Umbrian hills. There are two swimming pools with deckchairs, a small playground and the possibility of various sports activities for groups. Giuliano is a helpful and welcoming host, honest and who does not need to show unnecessary pleasantries. He takes care of the structure, especially the outdoor spaces, with a rare dedication. Staying there was a bit like being with family. Perfect location for visiting the surroundings, quiet but not too far from the main roads, to which it is connected by a completely paved road. Definitely worth going back to. Thank you for everything.

I stayed at this vacation rental for 3 days and the experience was really nice. The house is cozy, clean and well equipped, with everything you need to feel at home. The location is ideal, quiet but convenient to reach the main attractions of the area. The owner was very kind and helpful. Perfect for both a relaxing weekend and a short vacation. I'll definitely be back!

In May 2025, we spent a week with Federica - it was a wonderful time The apartment is spacious, super clean and in reality more beautiful than shown in the photos. The large terrace, where you can look directly at the beautiful olive garden. A quiet environment, but the location is perfect for exploring the area. 15 minutes by car to Perugia - but Umbria is not only Perugia: Assisi- simply a must, then also e.g. Gubbio, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Spello and many more. Fantastic architecture, churches, palaces, museums with countless masterpieces by artists, which you can otherwise only read about in books or catalogs. Our hostess Federica is an exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful person, she gave us many interesting tips, that have greatly enriched our vacation. Such a cute apartment. It has all of the things you need for a comfortable stay. It was stocked with plenty of linens, and was very clean. The location was great. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the lake. The apartment had a lovely view. Christian was very nice, and communicative. He checked in regularly to be sure I was comfortable and happy. He always responded quickly and was a pleasure to speak to. He met me personally to check in and explained everything about the apartment, and gave recommendations of things to do around. He is an excellent host.
