Welcome to our home, a former hotel room in a beautiful 30's building registered as Historical Monument, on the 5th floor with lift, with a large private terrace overlooking the canal and the rooftops of Pantin, nicknamed "New Brooklyn". Located in the centre of the "Golden Triangle" (Hoche district), in the immediate vicinity of Paris, it is close to all amenities and transport in a quiet environment, between the Canal de l'Ourcq and the Parc de la Villette.

We had a nice Parisian stay in Cassandre's warm accommodation. We spent 3 days in Paris and we chose this place, because we had to go see a show at the Zenith. The accommodation is well located in relation to the metro line. The accommodation is impeccable, clean and very nice. We know how to feel really good. All the amenities are present and of quality. We spoke with Cassandre only by message and Cassandre was responsive and gave us tips on shops and local transportation. We would definitely recommend her place. Thanks again to Cassandre.

Bénédicte’s flat is beautifully decorated and very comfortable for a couple. Everything looks exactly like the pictures. We stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely time. The host was very friendly and responsive, check-in super smooth. The canal near the house is great for evening walks. The walk to the metro station is quick and easy.
