Apartment of 46 m 2. 160 bed in the bedroom, sofa bed in 140 in the living room (very comfortable purchased in 2022) The apartment overlooks the back of the building, there is no noise except that of the birds. There is a flowered balcony. I live in this apartment year-round, so it is fully equipped! Access to the metro is very close ( line 5 to 7 minutes ) . You can also go to Paris by bike following the canal (20 minutes of walking on a beautiful bike path )

Welcome to our home, a former hotel room in a beautiful 30's building registered as Historical Monument, on the 5th floor with lift, with a large private terrace overlooking the canal and the rooftops of Pantin, nicknamed "New Brooklyn". Located in the centre of the "Golden Triangle" (Hoche district), in the immediate vicinity of Paris, it is close to all amenities and transport in a quiet environment, between the Canal de l'Ourcq and the Parc de la Villette.

This accommodation has a resolutely unique style, 30 m2 duplex, very well equipped (fridge, microwave, washing machine, espresso machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board…) 3 beds (140 cm double bed + 1-seater sofa bed) ideal for couple with 1 child (6+ years old) or 3 friends. Very well located and well connected (near the Ourcq canal, between 2 metro stations on line 5, bus line 61, Velib station) and close to shops (Franprix, restaurants, bakery, etc.)

Quiet little nest Studio (entire home)

on the sixth floor, elevator, overlooking a very quiet courtyard. Refurbished. Very "safe" (especially if you are a woman). I live in the building. Ideal for exploring the city of Paris, but also our very Parisian and very friendly neighborhood. Lots of small shops and transport. I'd love to give you all the tips and advise you on the best places in the neighborhood. I'm flexible on check-in and check-out times and I can store your luggage.
