House holiday rentals in Papamoa

I would like to say that Rose & Wal were very welcoming, especially after a very long drive from Taranaki to Tauranga due to an unfortunate crash on the Awakino gorge. Everything was really cleaned and fresh. Next time i would like to bring my family and spend a good couple of days to enjoy the beautiful city more. Thanks again Rose and Wal.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing from every corner of the house. The kids really enjoyed the pool/trampoline. Great location for Golf enthusiasts or just down the road from a Mountain Bike trail/hike. Highly recommend for large groups. Tatiana is very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Catherine's place exceeded all expectations. The space itself was incredibly roomy, making it perfect for relaxing, spending time with others, or just enjoying some quiet downtime. There were plenty of things to do, which kept everyone entertained throughout the stay—whether it was exploring the surroundings or enjoying the pool, reading books and playing the piano. What really stood out, though, was Catherine's hospitality. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, leaving a handwritten note and some thoughtful snacks for us to enjoy upon arrival. It's those personal touches that really make a difference and show how much she cares about her guests’ experience. Everything about the stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. I honestly can’t think of a single downside. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Catherine’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-hosted getaway.

Five of us spent two nights here and it was fantastic. Lovely home, lots of space for everyone to spread out, amazing location- we walked to the beach easily, and to the shops and restaurants in The Mount. Would 100% stay here again! Also, Sienna was extremely helpful and easy to reach. Loved everything about our stay.

Fantastic stay in Papamoa.. So nice to bring family altogether under one roof to holiday and enjoy quality time in a relaxed environment. Amazing host, so informative and helpful at every step of the way.. a beautiful l home with plenty of space to chillax and a great safe outdoor area for little ones. The property is very well equipped and can easily access all surrounding areas, beach, supermarket, shopping, restaurants etc by walkways or car. A most enjoyable holiday, thank you so much :)

The house was perfect for us, we loved the open plan setting so we could sit inside and outside and still all communicate and hang out. Loved that sleeping was upstairs giving people privacy when needed. The pool was nice and clean and the deck roof was an awesome touch. Very sleek kitchen nicely set up and stocked. We enjoyed the house so much we only ventured out for stock up of food instead of dining out. Host was very accommodating as we had unplanned guest end up coming and staying. Thanks for having us

This spot is such a gem! It has a gorgeous garden which our little boy loved playing in. The house is beautifully finished , so comfortable and spotlessly clean. Its so well placed to be in the countryside but a short drive away from Tauranga and the Mount. We loved our stay here and hope to come and stay again. We highly reccomend a trip to the Quarry to see the gardens :)

Such a beautiful space. Visited for a function, and just a very homely vibe. This place was very clean and well kept, My family commented all weekend how they loved the space and how everything just flowed. Kelsey was a breeze to communicate with, very friendly. Definitely set the bar high for Air BnB hosts.

It was a good fit for our whole family, including our small dog. The location was a highlight, with the beach just a short walk away. The living area was cosy and worked really well for relaxing and watching movies on the rainy days.

Monica and her husband were the best hosts I've ever met. The quick response, response, kindness, and generosity made us feel touched and good memories for our family during our two-month stay. The house is also very spacious and comfortable. In particular, there is a small garden, so it is fun to cultivate. I hope great guests stay in this great house:)

We had a good stay at this property. The house was clean, modern, and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, which made cooking easy. We also really appreciated the strong air conditioning—it kept the house warm and cozy during our stay. The location was super convenient, with supermarkets and shops just a short walk away. Another big plus was being able to park our large car in the garage without any issues. Overall, a good place to stay—would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay especially for our family. Plenty of space to spread out and the kids loved having plenty of toys and books to keep them entertained. The place is tidy and has everything you need for a restful stay by the beach. Highly recommend Karen’s place to all!

Loved my stay at Tracey's house. It was perfect for a quick work trip and had everything I needed. I would highly recommend and I would love to come back for a holiday with family and golf clubs.

Super easy check in and great communication, host was super friendly and greeted me on arrival. Accommodation looked exactly like the photos would definitely recommend.

The house is very nice with good sized rooms and comfortable beds. it is well maintained and has nice sitting areas both indoors and out.

Absolutely beautiful place, well looked after and easy check in and out. It was smooth, the house is great with lots of activities, and it is perfect for whānau given the space and communal space in the middle. Would definitely book this place again for whānau, as it can easily sleep between 6-8 + children!

My Family who travelled to Nz at short notice Loved their short stay at Belinda’s home. The home was immaculate and very accommodating for my family. Super clean spacious and in a beautiful safe area. Belinda was very responsive, Very kind and understanding. I would definitely be booking Belinda’s home again when back in Nz. Highly recommend this home and awesome host.
