Holiday rentals with a patio in Papamoa

What a relaxing beachfront getaway. Completely worth it. The sound of the waves at night was so relaxing. Walkable to a couple restaurants and shops. Fantastic location, lovely host.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lisa & Rob’s and highly recommend!! Location is perfect - right across from the beach and short walk to cafe’s & shops. The apartment is spacious, modern, super clean and great amenities. Communication was excellent and cannot wait to stay again. Thank you for having us! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awesome little apartment. Kids loved the pool and spa. Really close to the beach. Had everything we needed for our family, will definitely be back. Cloe was supper accommodating and helped us immensely.

So pleased i booked with Beyonder, they went the extra mile for me with an early check in, they removed the room diffusers at my request for a fragrance free stay and talked me through getting into the building. The place was perfect, clean and sunny and i loved the eco store products. Will def be back. Thank you!

We were a family of 3 generations and sadly attending a funeral , so were not at the house all that much. But it was in a perfect location and was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Anna the host was very approachable and an excellent communicator. I would definitely recommend The Views

La casa es muy cómoda, con preciosa vista a un campo de golf, el barrio muy tranquilo y seguro. Los ambientes son amplios y cómodos. Tracey es una excelente anfitriona, estuvo siempre pendiente de nuestro bienestar. Tuvimos un problema con la conexión an Internet y ella se mostró dispuesta a resolverlo rápidamente. Fue flexible con la hora del check out. En resumen, tuvimos una muy agradable estadía y nuestra anfitriona fue excelente!!

We stayed at this beautiful holiday home in Papamoa over King’s Birthday weekend while attending the Golden Gloves competition in Tauranga, where we had two fighters competing. Both came away with well-deserved wins, making it an incredibly special and memorable trip for all of us. The home itself was exactly what we needed — comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. It gave our athletes the perfect space to reset and properly rest between weigh-ins and bouts, which played a big part in their performance. The location was great, the amenities were spot-on, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. Thank you for providing such a peaceful and well-kept space — we would definitely love to be back for future comps!

Fiona's place has everything you need for a great stay. The house is comfortable and set up like a home away from home. The location is ideal being next door to a cafe and a stones throw from the beach and shops. We loved it so much that we've already booked to come back!

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

Great spot! Close to main beach or Pilot Bay and trail up mountain. Easy to walk to shopping and grocery store, or get dinner on the main strip. Comfortable and clean and great natural light.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.
