-Winterpause vom 22.Dezember 25-5.April 26- Das "Kontor" ist ein großzügiges, herrschaftliches Apartment mit marodem Charm für 2 Personen das sich im rechten Flügel, im Erdgeschoß des Hauses befindet. Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. Mittlerweile gibt es im Haus 3 weitere Apartments für Gäste. (gerne auch unsere anderen Angebote bei Airbnb anschauen)

25 sqm apartment for 2 people

This apartment in the city center of Rostock is located exactly between the city center and the main train station and both can be comfortably reached on foot in max 10 minutes. The apartment is located in a residential building and is therefore not a "party apartment". Even if the guest bed (mattress) offers 1 additional sleeping option, I would like to limit the number of guests to 2 guests. Late check-in from 11 pm is possible after prior arrangement via a key locker.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

Our in-law apartment is located in the middle of a beautiful village and right outside the gates of Rostock. Whether you're walking to the lake in 5 minutes or driving to the Baltic Sea in Warnemünde in about 15-20 minutes, we focus on rest and relaxation. Our apartment is part of our house and we are a family with two 5-year-old boys. So it's probably not quiet, but it's pure idyll. P.S. Linen and towels are included!
