Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Paphos

Nice and secluded! It was a great location to be near the water and away from crowds. The host gave us good recommendations of things to do and we had a great time. The two hour timer on the air conditioners was a little annoying, but we only woke up a couple times to turn them back on.

We visited as a family of 5 and booked very last minute, the Villa Group were very responsive and accommodating in getting the villa ready at such short notice. If you are wanting to stay at a villa with great views of the ocean and stunning sunsets then this place is the one to book. Very relaxing break which was exactly what we needed and wanted. The surrounding area is lovely and worth exploring if you wanted to get off the sun loungers and leave the villa! Helpful host and answered any questions we had. Great communication from Matheos in the lead up to our arrival and while there, and the villa looks just as pictured with that absolutely stunning pool really sealing the deal! Even though the villa is in a gated community, it really felt so peaceful and like we were alone looking out to the surrounding hills and valley. If you are sensitive to pool temperatures then I suggest requesting heating beforehand, but doubt this is an issue in the summer time (already got quite warm from the Sun in May) and there’s also a great hot tub to hand for the evening. Also be aware that this villa has traditional plumbing infrastructure (typical in many homes on the island).

A lovely flat in a beautiful setting. The flat was as described, plus a large veranda. It was easy to find (it’s listed on google maps), and Yiannis was responsive and helpful. Vouni Panagia is just across the road, where you can do a very reasonably-priced wine-tasting with great Cypriot wines. We walked part of the Vouni Nature Trail, which was also spectacular.

We enjoyed our stay at this new villa with spectacular views. Communication with the host @Nomadsproperties was excellent. We did manage to find it with the map pin as the road is as yet unnamed. The property is spotlessly clean, contemporary and has all the equipment you need. It is quiet and peaceful and a short drive to Coral Bay. You definitely need a car as it is a little remote, but thats part of its charm. Thank you Nomads

Moronero Villa is a very special place. It is a historic stone building set in peaceful mountain surroundings. It has been refurbished and furnished in a style that fits its history and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Episkopi does not have any shops. There is only a restaurant run by the friendly Costas but it is only a 20 minute or so drive from Paphos, beaches and the airport. Savvas did everything he could to make our stay run smoothly. When the coffee machine stopped working he delivered a brand new one the same day! Highly recommended.

The location and the price are perfect. Most of the appliance was brand new and something is not (like doors and windows), but the location is quit so it is not a problem. There was around 27-30 degrees outside and I did not use air cooling, so the place is great for the summer. I will definitely want to come to this place if I will be in Paphos again.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment, it was lovely and clean when we arrived and well stocked with basic necessities. The apartment was situated in a lovely area of paphos and within walking distance of the beach and plenty of restaurants. The old town was a 30 minute walk from the apartment which was walkable in the evenings when the temperature was cooler. The host was very responsive and ensured to provide plenty of good communication. We were also provided with some lovely recommendations of places to visit and restaurants during our stay which we enjoyed. Overall, the apartment was lovely, clean on arrival and situated in a great area of Paphos. We had a lovely holiday so thank you to our lovely host.

i have stayed in many Air Bnbs all over the world and i have never had a host as responsive, friendly and helpful as Nadia. not only did she offer to send us a taxi to pick us up at the airport but even pick up some food for us from the local shop! The apartment was as described and well worth it for the price! about 20 minute walk to paphos old town and 15 mins to venus beach. all the pools were lovely and the view from our balcony was beautiful. we will definitely stay here again if we come back to cyprus! top tip would be to conquer the buses it made our holiday a lot cheaper and they came quite frequently.

Anna Marie’s place was in a great location to the beach as well as most local sites. Easy walking to ruins and the beach. Location was quiet and had a nice swimming pool.

We stayed at Ocean Wings apartment for 7 nights and had a fantastic experience. Julia and Jody were excellent hosts – we were met on arrival, shown around the apartment, and made to feel very welcome. The apartment itself was lovely, spotlessly clean, and the welcome pack was a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect for us – we couldn’t have asked for more. Would love to return one day!

We enjoyed a very relaxed holiday staying at Wolfgang’s very clean, comfortable & modern apartment. Loved the balcony for sitting out before & after exploring during the day. We used the pool to chill on hot days (for us) ! Perfectly quiet & private Used the washing machine several times as we only took cabin bags for 11 nights. Clothes dried overnight & the iron is brilliant. As previous reviewers have stated all local amenities are within walking distance including local buses if not hiring a car. Wolfgang has been a real super host with excellent communication, advice & recommendations, friendly and hospitable. His partner Tanja & Wolfgang invited us in for drinks on their balcony & to his birthday bbq on the roof terrace - great start to our holiday. At the end, we were able to enjoy a late checkout (as no one was in the following day) before heading to the airport - very easy by bus from Tomb of the Kings bus station €2pp or €3 after 9pm. Janes apartment was just what we needed just back from two fantastic weeks , we arrived at silly o’clock in the morning and because Janes instructions were so clear that was a perfect start to our holiday , the apartment had everything you need plus lots of other things to make your stay pleasant, this was my first air B&B it was just perfect so many fantastic places within walking distance to eat out at too , the pool was a delight to use too , thank you for a fantastic holiday , we will be back .

I highly recommend it to everyone, it felt like being at home. The place is beautiful, and everything you could possibly need is there. It's great that you can check in so flexibly and independently. The place was clean and well equipped. One of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in.

Spotlessly clean on arrival. Fully equipped kitchen. Convenient location and very walkable to nearby beach, harbor, castle, mall. Nearest groceries supermarket just 3 minute walk away. Easily accommodated our family of 4 which included two late teens children. Not the quietest of neighborhoods, but that did not interfere with our enjoyment of the apartment and was a small price to pay for the convenience of the location. Would recommend.

Estea's place was a good base for us to enjoy our stay in the Paphos area. The Apartment is basic but functional with everything you could need for your stay. Location wise its a short walk to the Kato Paphos area where there are bars and restaurants and the harbour a little further. The old town is a longer walk but is worth a visit too. Parking is free and very useful if you have a car. The area itself seems a little rundown but did not feel unsafe, there are lots of new developments going on around it with new buildings being built. We enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.

We felt comfortable here. The bed is 1.2m, which may be too small for some couples. Then be sure to organize Jacobs Tabs for coffee. Savvas Grill Restaurant with great Stifaki just around the corner. To the beach 10 minutes. Simple standard but everything there except for dishwasher. The view from the balcony and the atmosphere at breakfast are worth booking here.

Lovely peaceful area loved sitting on the balcony watching the sea the apartment had everything you needed Glenis was a wonderful host and Jane was also brilliant with her support and local knowledge I certainly would recommend a visit
