our beautiful 3 bedroom villa is situated directly at the seafront in Kissonerga. The village center and some shops and restaurants are in walking distance. There is a large open plan living/dining area with kitchen on the ground floor. Large windows allow a view to the terrace, pool and the sea. There are two bedrooms with each own bathroom downstairs and another master bedroom with bathroom upstairs. Outside you will find a private pool and a lawn going down to the sea.

Es befindet sich in ruhiger Lage obwohl Pool und alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels in greifbarer Nähe sind. Nutzung von Fitnessstudio und Sauna gegen Gebühr. In 5 min seit ihr am Meer und könnt bis zum Hafen laufen. Hotels und Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Bis zum Flughafen sind es 25 min. Und ….. ich bin für euch da. Ich lebe in Paphos

The second bedroom has single beds and has its own bathroom and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area that houses a table with chairs and lovely living that goes out to the balcony. 3rd bedroom in downstairs, with single beds, it's own small kitchen, shower and toilet and sauna. Has its own access to the pool.

Two twin beds are neatly arranged in a bright, spacious room. Each bed is adorned with a light-colored blanket and decorative pillows. Natural light enters through sliding glass doors, which lead to a shaded terrace area. A minimalistic decor enhances the modern feel of the space.
