Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Paphos

Nice and secluded! It was a great location to be near the water and away from crowds. The host gave us good recommendations of things to do and we had a great time. The two hour timer on the air conditioners was a little annoying, but we only woke up a couple times to turn them back on.

We visited as a family of 5 and booked very last minute, the Villa Group were very responsive and accommodating in getting the villa ready at such short notice. Stunning views that took our breath away. Everything exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable experience!”

Idealne miejsce do wypoczynku. Spokojna okolica. Apartament ma wszystkie udogodnienia. Bardzo blisko do miejskiej plaży i portu. Lokale gastronomiczne z bardzo dobrą różnorodną kuchnią na tej samej ulicy. Od początku rezerwacji aż do wyjazdu stały kontakt z właścicielką p. Eleftheria, która była pomocna na każdym etapie naszego pobytu. Napewno warto skorzystać z tego apartamentu.

Great communication from Matheos in the lead up to our arrival and while there, and the villa looks just as pictured with that absolutely stunning pool really sealing the deal! Even though the villa is in a gated community, it really felt so peaceful and like we were alone looking out to the surrounding hills and valley. If you are sensitive to pool temperatures then I suggest requesting heating beforehand, but doubt this is an issue in the summer time (already got quite warm from the Sun in May) and there’s also a great hot tub to hand for the evening. Also be aware that this villa has traditional plumbing infrastructure (typical in many homes on the island).

A lovely flat in a beautiful setting. The flat was as described, plus a large veranda. It was easy to find (it’s listed on google maps), and Yiannis was responsive and helpful. Vouni Panagia is just across the road, where you can do a very reasonably-priced wine-tasting with great Cypriot wines. We walked part of the Vouni Nature Trail, which was also spectacular.

We booked this visit whilst staying at Margarita’s last year. We’ve been counting the days since and when we arrived it was like we hadn’t been away. The peace and tranquility of the setting hasn’t changed and we slipped into holiday mode instantly. The accommodation has everything you need for your stay and the gardens / pool make you not want to leave the terrace area from sunrise to sunset. Margarita was very helpful with check in instructions as we were arriving later than we’d like due to the flight we had booked. She was also very responsive to any questions we had and provided us with information on local events and how they may effect us (local holidays and Potential shop closures) Loopie the resident cat was there to greet us every morning and would pop by in the evening to see us for a little chat and a head scratch. I have never visited the same holiday accommodation more than twice, but this place is so perfect we have already booked for our 3rd visit next May.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist unschlagbar. Tolle Aussicht von der Dachterrasse auf den Sonnenuntergang. Das Haus ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut und passt. Ionna und Kyriakos sind sehr gute und nette Gastgeber. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Die Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse aus beobachten können, das hatten wir lange nicht. Die Betten waren sehr gut, sobald die Hotels in der Umgebung die Urlauberbespaßung abends eingestellt hatten, schliefen wir in absoluter Ruhe bei offenem Fenster.

Die Unterkunft im Elysia Park ist super, um Paphos und die umliegenden Straßen zu erkunden. Man ist zu Fuß in ca 15 Minuten an der Promenade. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Es ist dort auch sehr ruhig und die Anlage ist sehr schön.

The location and the price are perfect. Most of the appliance was brand new and something is not (like doors and windows), but the location is quit so it is not a problem. There was around 27-30 degrees outside and I did not use air cooling, so the place is great for the summer. I will definitely want to come to this place if I will be in Paphos again.

The location is great to access the beach, the castle, and supermarket. It offers a parking lot as well so I could safely park my car during the stay. Maria tried her best to help me a lot when I had an issue with the Wi-Fi. Thanks, Maria!

From when we booked to when we departed Nitzan was always available if required. The apartment is set in a lovely block with communal pool, 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants on King of Tombs road. Used the local buses to get to coral beach and the town centre which has more lovely restaurants. Weather was fantastic and we could not have asked for more. We stayed in the apartments and were very pleased! The location is perfect – just a few steps from the sea, and close to restaurants, shops, and places of interest. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped – we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony with a sea view was wonderful. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant. Es war eine super Unterkunft mit einer sehr schönen Anlage. Sicher und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit Estéa war sehr gut und schnell. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder!

Wir durften 10 Tage in der wunderschönen Unterkunft bei Diana bleiben. Sie war super sauber und wirklich schön. Wir hatten einen super Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon aus. Restaurant waren direkt bei uns, und man hat ca 40 min zu Fuß zur Stadt gebraucht. Ein kleiner Busbahnhof war in 15 min erreichbar, mit dem man für 2€ überall hinfahren kann. Zum Strand nach Venus Beach braucht man nur 10 min. Rinn Lidl gibt es auch, der sich auf dem Weg zum Strand befindet. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Es war eine Reise nach Pafos wert, denn alles war wunderbar. ☺️

Die Unterkunft war echt super! Es sah genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Umgebung ist etwas ruhiger aber sehr schön.. viele Restaurants, ein Pub direkt vor der Tür und der Strand lag etwa 10-15 Minuten entfernt, aber machbar. Die Eigentümer waren immer sehr gut erreichbar, freundlich und unkompliziert. Beim Check-Out nehmt euch mehr Zeit und schaut das dazugehörige Video. Der Abfluss im Bad riecht ein bisschen, ist aber das einzige was man an dieser Unterkunft wirklich kritisieren kann. Umgebung Nachts ist sehr ruhig. Viele Utensilien wurden uns (unentgeltlich) gestellt, die nicht selbstverständlich sind. Alles in einem für diesen Preis einfach klasse. Danke für solch einen tollen Besuch! :)

Janes apartment was just what we needed just back from two fantastic weeks , we arrived at silly o’clock in the morning and because Janes instructions were so clear that was a perfect start to our holiday , the apartment had everything you need plus lots of other things to make your stay pleasant, this was my first air B&B it was just perfect so many fantastic places within walking distance to eat out at too , the pool was a delight to use too , thank you for a fantastic holiday , we will be back .

Great apartment to stay in during your stay in Cyprus. Hosts are responsive and ready to help. The apartment has a separate bedroom which provides convenience for longer stay. Location is good, not too far from Pafos centre but we recommend renting a car if you wish to visit the area or commute with ease :) Overall we recommend this place!

Estea's place was a good base for us to enjoy our stay in the Paphos area. The Apartment is basic but functional with everything you could need for your stay. Location wise its a short walk to the Kato Paphos area where there are bars and restaurants and the harbour a little further. The old town is a longer walk but is worth a visit too. Parking is free and very useful if you have a car. The area itself seems a little rundown but did not feel unsafe, there are lots of new developments going on around it with new buildings being built. We enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.

Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt. Das Bett ist mit 1,2m eventuell für manches Paar zu klein. Dann unbedingt Jacobs Tabs für Kaffee organisieren. Savvas Grill Restaurant mit tollem Stifaki gleich ums Eck. Zum Strand 10 Minuten. Einfacher Standard aber bis auf Geschirrspüler alles da. Der Blick vom Balkon und die Atmosphäre beim Frühstück sind es Wert hier zu buchen.
