Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, three separate bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a spacious terrace with dining area. For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

RYNIA, 60 minutes from Warsaw, a holiday village, Mińsk district; NOT by the Zegrze Reservoir! SUMMER COTTAGE. Very large fenced forest plot. Lots of shade - cooler in the heat!!! Grill, covered table, swing, hammock, carport. Forests, fields, peace and quiet. Perfect for walking, running, and cycling. 20 minutes by car to the Liwiec reservoir with a small beach, Liw Castle, and Węgrów with the Twardowski Mirror and hiking trails. Guests are always my guests - coffee, tea, oil, salt, spices, etc. are waiting.

Tilio is the majestic one who welcomed us in her shadow and initiated the dream of this place. Our little spruce house, although comfortable, does not want to keep you inside. It is nestled just above the peaceful Liwiec in the corner of a vast half-hectare plot. Here you will find peace, inner silence, and slowness. All shades of green, poetic sunsets from behind the trees on the other shore, the soothing current of Liwiec and forest concerts of blackbirds, great snipes, herons and field warblers.

West Guest House is located in a quiet are of the Kampinos Forest, in Klaudyn town, 12 km from the center of Warsaw ( about 20 minutes by car). A charming cabin in the forest, 100 meters from a lake. The space includes a loft bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and second bedroom. Outside a fire pit area, projector + screen (indoors and outdoors) for movie nights under the stars. This is a soulful place, not built for commercial rental. Constructed in the 1980s, the cabin had been neglected for years. Now lovingly restored, all rental income goes toward its ongoing renovation.
