Quiet and bright with large windows. Very cosy, fully equipped, comfortable stairs, ideal for short or work stays near Madrid. It has A/A cold and hot, hot water, full kitchen. You enter through the left door, after a flight of stairs to the first floor, you will see a bright living room, a full kitchen with very large windows facing the park in front and a full bathroom. Next door you will find a room with a double bed with a full bathroom with shower, very bright. Climbing another flight of stairs you find the second living room with terrace and another double room with double bed and its full bathroom. From that entrance hall is accessed by a private door to each apartment. There is a bass with direct entrance and a duplex penthouse, which must be accessed after a flight of stairs. The apartment is a penthouse-duplex that is located on the first floor of the building without an elevator; to access it, it has stairs with 12 steps to climb from the ground floor (hall entrance) to the first floor where there are two bathrooms, a living room and a bedroom. Additionally, being a duplex, it has other stairs with 12 steps to climb from the first floor to the second floor, where there is an additional bathroom, another living room, another bedroom and terrace. Therefore this apartment is not suitable for people with problems climbing stairs.

Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.
