Cabin holiday rentals in Paradise

Highly recommend this lovely AirBnb. We had a family of 10 - 7 adults and 3 under 18. each of us had a private space and also lots of room for gatherings. Loved the outdoor firepit. The host also provided kayaks which were enjoyed by all. We had an issue with the A/C which was quickly resolved by the host. All-in-all a very lovely visit.

It was exactly as advertised. It was very comfortable. It was close to town. It was stocked well with kitchen items. I would definitely stay here again and I would definitely recommend it!

Our stay at Dorene and John’s was perfect! We traveled the half hour to ski at Nub’s and enjoyed being in the private atmosphere of the cabin. The hot tub topped it all off! We didn’t want to leave!

So cozy and inviting! Perfect location, close to Mackinac Island without all the busyness of staying in a tourist location. Very clean and the private hot tub was a nice addition.

Absolutely incredible! We came with our small group and it was a great place with lots of space and activities. Super responsive host with a really well stocked place! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Everything was super close, we visited all the water falls in the area, we recommend au train falls, such a beautiful underrated area. Danielle was very friendly and communicated very well. We have absolutely no complaints and will definitely be returning.

What a beautiful getaway! Steve was full of knowledge and we enjoyed his company. His dogs were absolutely adorable and the property is gorgeous. Just what we needed!

Charming and Cozy in an amazing location! I plan to return in the summer and enjoy the beach, fire pit, rockhounding, watching the freighters and exploring. The location is a great launching point for many day trips within an hour or two of the cabin. And the beach access really is steps away from the door! We played outside all day and then played Catan and Uno at night. The kitchenette had everything we needed to prepare meals. There is an entertainment center set up with Roku and a dvd player with movies and some games. The beds were both very comfortable with quality linens and blankets and great pillows. The porch is darling, birdfeeders all around and lanterns and lights for night. Kelly was the perfect host, very quick to respond, knowledgeable of the area, and a pleasure to communicate with! I highly recommend this cabin for one or two people. Perfect for a cozy getaway, beach fun and day trips. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Perfect fall getaway! Aside from the outhouse (which was not bad at all for an outhouse) you hardly notice you're “off grid.” The solar-powered lights, woodstove & furnace, propane refrigerator, cookstove, and kitchen set-up made it a significant step-above camping. The hosts provide a book of area resources and maps that we found very useful. We wish they would have provided directions to their “secret rock spots.” We enjoyed the base camp and the excitement of daytrips in our Jeep on the backroads — but it was hard to leave the enjoyment of the camp. The setting is breathtaking: the Two Hearted below a stroll by day and a bonfire under the stars at night. What a secret gem!

Had a wonderful time here. The lake is beautiful, and if you like fishing a boat is provided. Lots of pike and perch here. The cabin was clean and comfortable and the host was welcoming and made the check process very easy. I would definitely stay here again with my family!

We loved our Michigan cabin! It felt like a little home home away from home, with everything we needed- even the wood for the fire pit. Our hosts were very kind & helpful; they even gave us a lot of ideas of fun things to do while we were there. We had a fun & relaxing trip in the UP with their help 😃

This was a hidden gem!! We wish we would have booked another day to just explore the cabin and all it had to offer! We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful stay. Susan was very helpful with local recommendations and very quick to respond to any questions we had. Great location for snowmobiling. Very central location to head in all directions. We rode right from there and put on about 500 miles in 3 days. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided.

From the moment we arrived, this cabin was an absolute escape. The solar power was seamless, and we never felt like we were missing any comforts. The cabin was cozy and well-equipped, perfect for unwinding. The surrounding nature was breathtaking and location was very private and tranquil. James was very responsive to any questions we had. If you're looking to disconnect and recharge, this is the place!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time! The cabin/location was everything we hoped for and needed. Each boy had their own room- always a plus. Beds were comfortable. We loved drinking our morning coffee/hot chocolate while watching ducks float by on the river. Evening campfires were perfect. Even spent time laying in my youngest son’s “secret” soft moss patch and finding clouds shaped like animals. Close enough to drive to Lake Superior each day to find agates. Thank you to the wonderful hosts!

What a peaceful, homey, quiet and beautiful stay this was for us! The cabin was clean and perfectly set up for our needs. Nancy was absolutely amazing to us even ensuring that we were going to stay warm with having Don turn the boiler heat back on for us on when the nights got chilly. I highly recommend this little cabin! We will definitely stay again when we get back to Michigan!!

What a beautiful location! The cabin was perfect and had everything we needed. This is the ideal location for a quiet getaway. The bed was so comfortable and the linens were dreamy. I highly recommend!

I want to give this property zero stars... if only to discourage anyone else from booking, so that I can have it for myself. Ryan and Shana were great to communicate with and were very responsive to any concerns or inquiries. The hike into the property can be a bit of grind if it's not something you're used to... but it is absolutely worth it. This cabin truly is off-grid; don't expect to be watching any YouTube on your phone. You won't need to anyway, as the surroundings are absolutely spectacular. With no human activity for miles around, you can truly appreciate the sights and sounds of nature. The bees buzzing amongst the golden rod; the squirrels scurrying across the forest floor gathering food for the winter; the call of the loon that can be heard clear across the lake. The entire experience is ethereal, and is not to be missed. Do not hesitate. Book this cabin. Or don't, so that I can.

This is a Great spot for a temporary home base! Very clean friendly and plenty of activities to do right on site. they are also very nice and helpful.

Ellie and Michael were wonderful hosts! Their place is squeaky clean and located in a peaceful spot. The bed was super comfy and it was stocked well. It was perfect for our annual UP trip and we will remember it for years to come!

Another great stay at the Crow's Nest! Cozy and peaceful accommodations, and a responsive, nearby (but not intrusive) host - who could ask for more? The location makes a great starting point for a lot of our favorite eastern UP destinations. The close proximity to the Dancing Crane Coffee House is a big plus! But it's also possible to simply walk over to hiking trails in the Hiawatha National Forest. We'll have to come back in the summer some time so we can swim!

Ryan’s cottage was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The cottage had everything you needed for a weekend or longer getaway! The cottage has a full kitchen and a full bathroom. Everything is updated and the furnishings are comfortable and attractive! The cottage is so clean and organized. The view from the cottage is just lovely. Loved our stay there!
