This well loved family home is located directly across the way from the most beautiful sandy beach in the area. Tourists flock to the area to swim in the crystalline blue waters of the bay of Paraggi. It is an experience you will never forget. This family home is cozy and welcoming and with all the comforts of home. Drive into your own private garage which is practically unheard of in Paraggi, and which has an electric charger and laundry area. There are 2 fabulous outdoor terraces to enjoy.

Our Grandmother’s house is located in the peaceful village of San Lorenzo della Costa, in Santa Margherita Ligure. This bright panoramic apartment in a detached house offers stunning views over the Gulf of Tigullio. Situated on a quiet narrow road, it is ideal for families and small groups looking for a relaxing stay. The apartment is entirely at your disposal. We live on the ground floor of the same house. Close to the Via Aurelia, noise may be heard, but it remains quiet and peaceful.
