Cozy studio ιδανικό για δύο άτομα το οποίο αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο, μπάνιο και ένα άνετο μπαλκόνι. Διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι, πολυθρόνα, πάγκο με σκαμπό, TV & wifi (το Internet στο διαμέρισμα είναι 100Mbit). Στο σπίτι ακόμα θα βρείτε parking, πλυντήριο ρούχων, φούρνο, ψυγείο καθώς και μαγειρικά σκεύη. Βρίσκετε σε ήσυχη περιοχή μόλις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης και 500m από τη στάση της Παλιάς Νομικής για το Πανεπιστήμιο. Το διαμέρισμα ανακαινίστηκε το 2021.

Καλώς ήρθατε στο Zen Villa Porto Molo, μια εξοχική κατοικία που βρίσκεται στη περιοχή παραλία Αβδήρων Λεύκιππος πάνω ακριβώς στην όμορφη παραλία του PORTO MOLO. Η βίλα διαθέτη ιδιόκτητο parkin, μεγάλη αυλή, μπαλκόνι με μοναδική θέα στην θάλασσα. Δίπλα ακριβώς είναι το γνωστό beach bar Porto Molo και ταβέρνα με ελληνική κουζίνα. Ο χώρος είναι μια κατοικία 3 υπνοδωματίων, 1 μπάνιο, 1 wc και ένας ενιαίος χώρος σαλόνι με κουζίνα σε ένα επίπεδο που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 8 άτομα.

A luxurious 30m2 studio built in 2022 on the ground floor of a two -story house whith a beautiful garden. The apartment is located in Agiasma, a beautiful village near the popular beach of Keramoti (10 min driving) It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dinning space, double bed and a double bed sofa. The apartment is suitable for couples, group of friends and family with two kids.

Μικρός Παράδεισος

Κλασικό χωριό της Ελληνικής υπαίθρου, χωρίς ιδιαίτερη κυκλοφοριακή κίνηση, με ταβέρνες (βραδινές ώρες), ήρεμο περιβάλλον. Παραλία στα τρία χλμ. με καλό δρόμο, με απέραντη χρυσή αμμουδιά και βατή θάλασσα. Υπάρχουν δύο αναψυκτήρια με καφέ, ποτά , αναψυκτικά και πρόχειρο φαγητό.

Nassia's house

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε ένα πεδινό χωριό της Ξάνθης (Γενισέα) μόλις 10 λεπτά από την πόλη της Ξάνθης και 15 λεπτά από την θάλασσα. Είναι ιδανικό για να φιλοξενήσει μια οικογένεια ή δύο ζευγάρια.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται πισω απο το εμπορικο κεντρο(Kosmopolis). Η κεντρικη πλατεια Κομοτηνης βρισκεται σε αποσταση 1,5km. Με τα ποδια ειναι 15-20 λεπτα και με αμαξι 5 λεπτα.
