You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary. This house was inhabited by people who loved their land and nature. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. It has a terrace overlooking the Sea and a large courtyard overlooking the mountain. It is within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets and beaches. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, swimming, climbing or relaxing. The price also includes the legal tax per day.

Alkea Mountain Residence

The residence is built at the foot of Xirovouni in Central Evia. Xirovouni is a continuation of Dirfys and although its name is full of rich and dense vegetation. Fir trees, plane trees and oaks are the scenery of the area and the view of the house. The accommodation is 50 meters outside the picturesque village of Kambia which is built on the slope of the ravine. The house is ideal for those who love nature, the mountain and seek peace and relaxation.

The back side of the apartments faces the ravine of Steni, surrounded by towering plane trees, walnuts, pomegranates and cherries closer to the ravine.
