Monthly Rentals in Paralia Ixia

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was hard to pick a location in Rhodes because we had 3 days and wanted to see different parts of the island. We settled on this one because it is close to Rhodes Town but also across the street from a nice, quiet beach. It is about a 25 minute walk into the old town, but a quick drive. There is lots of parking outside the apartment. The beach is immediately across the street and the apartment has beach gear. There are a number of restaurants and shops nearby and the marina is a quick walk. The apartment has been fully renovated and is in great shape. Greg was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again if we return to Rhodes!

Everything was perfect. This property is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is stunning. Every corner of the house was as clean as possible, and the kitchen is well-equipped. We stayed there with our 2-year-old child, and the environment was very kid-friendly. Beautiful beaches are within walking distance, and both the airport and city center are very close. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always responding quickly. Totally recommended!

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was amazing, close to the beach, supermarkets and lots of places to eat. There was also a taxi rank close by which made venturing to the Old town very easy. The apartment itself was incredible, it was exactly as described in the pictures and exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by a lovely lady who showed us around and the hosts were kind enough to treat us to a bottle of wine. Overall our stay was perfect and we would definitely come back!

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect for everything we were looking for. It was clean, comfortable, safe, in an excellent location and feel that it was good value for money. We would recommend having a car for Rhodes as there is so much to explore on the Island but you don’t need one for this apartment as the beach, bars and restaurants are a short walk away. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Sofia shared a list of her favourite spots too which was great! We had an amazing trip and would say that this place was a big part of that, we will be recommending to friends!
