Private, quiet space with stunning views of the sea that are hard to find. This place has all the mod-cons and is designed perfectly for holidays. The bed is very comfortable and the outside space is partly shaded which is perfect for us. Our second visit here, and we can’t wait to come back again. Amazing trip. We didn’t have a car but the buses into town run from the end of the road and were really easy. Anastasia and Alan were super helpful even giving us a lift to Benitses one evening. Their place is immaculate and very tranquil.

This apartment is exactly as described, immaculately clean , well equipped, quiet with a beautiful view from your terrace, off the beaten track but within short distance of beaches and Parga town. The host is very kind ,helpful, cannot do more to help in every way, The sheets and towels are changed every three days, We had such a relaxing holiday, Thank you so much Pericles and Eleni

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this stunning villa in Paxoi! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea, which could be enjoyed from almost every corner of the property. The villa itself is beautifully designed, with modern comforts. Every room was impeccably clean, spacious, and filled with natural light. The outdoor area was a paradise – we spent countless hours lounging by the pool, soaking in the sun, and enjoying meals on the terrace with a view that felt like a dream. The location is perfect for those looking to experience the tranquility and beauty of Paxoi. It’s secluded enough to offer complete privacy, yet just a short drive to charming villages and pristine beaches. The hosts were exceptional – incredibly warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything.

We had a great time at Jorjia's house The accommodation was clean, immersed in tranquility and cool, but still close to taverns, beaches and coves that are easily accessible. From the house you could see the horses grazing, and every day one of their dogs, Paniel, affectionately accompanied us to our door :-) Breakfast, served under the trees, was the highlight of the stay! All prepared by them, with genuine ingredients and a lot of care. Jorjia and her family are very welcoming people! In short, a stay that left us with a beautiful memory. I recommend it to those who love nature and tranquility.

My wife and I spent two weeks on vacation at Konstantina. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is small, but has everything you need for two on vacation and is tastefully furnished. The apartment was also cleaned every other day by the service if necessary. Konstantina had good tips on what to do in the area. We have booked two boat tours - one tour to the islands of Paxos and Antipaxos and one tour to the Greek mainland. Both were very beautiful. The place is definitely recommend.

This place is an absolute gem! We had a peaceful, quiet stay with our super friendly, warm hosts Nikos , Fotini & family. We were made to feel like long lost friends, with a welcoming fresh loaf, a bottle of olive oil, apples & eggs. The outside space is perfect, with plenty of sun & shade. It is nestled in a garden of olive, lemon, pomegranate & quince trees with a hammock and a washing line. The bed was super comfortable with great pillows & Nikos was happy to give me an extra blanket when I mentioned I’d been slightly cold. It was spotlessly clean, very near the beach, with Perdika & Arillas a few minutes drive away. Syvota and Parga are a little further, but still an easy drive. There are many good tavernas in Perdika, catering for a variety of tastes. If you’re after an authentic Greek experience, come and stay at Oikes Verde. We have already booked for next year!

The villa’s location is stunning, with quality built facilities and furnishings. It’s a private oasis that you will not want to leave, but it is just a short drive to Parga and Ayia for local shops and restaurants. Eleni and family are charming hosts who go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. We would highly recommend to anyone seeking beautiful accommodation with a pool in the Parga region!
