Our house was built in 2010 following the architecture of the houses of Kythnos Country. It is 75sqm, it consists of a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower (ground floor), a loft with a sofa-bed, 2 double bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, terrace and rooftop. It also has a small storage room and auxiliary space with a washing machine. A privilegeous location since it is situated a few meters away from the main road of the country with all the shops but at the same time in a quiet neighborhood.

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

Kythnos Pleasure Vol.2 (Villa Lussa Kythnos)

It is my pleasure to have the chance to host you in my tradiotional house at Kythnos island. The very house is located exactly on the centre of the island, a few metres outside of the traditional village Dryopida. For instance, this acommodation is 8km far of the port Merichas, 6km from the capital (Chora), while the closest beach is 3km far (Lefkes).

Traditional ground floor apartment of 65 sq.m. with private parking and very close to the picturesque alleys of Chora (3 minutes walking). The distance of the house from the port is 7 km and in a short time you can find the beaches of Loutra (4 km), Apokrousi (4 km) and Kolona (5 km).
