On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath. Via a staircase upstairs you reach the other 2 bedrooms; each with its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. Each bedroom has its own terrace with a seat. Halfway through the week, the villa is cleaned and the bed linen changed.

The apartment, is newly built, 58 square meters, has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, and one with two single beds, living room with kitchen and sofa bed, bathroom, terrace with sea view, TV 40'' LCD and AirCondition.

Vardia rooms & apartments

It's beutifull and cozy appartment in quite area with amazing view and easy access to the beach. It has garden enough big with many flowers and some trees. There are around many taverns ( about 7 ) and some grocerys (2 or 3) and the best period to visit is from May untill Octomber. The access to the beach is 100 metres by foot (1 minutes) or 200 metres by car. Thanks a lot nektarios!

Kounenè Studios are located in a seafront Villa along the old dirt coastal road, 3 km from Dessimi bay to Poros. Our 2 Studios are fully equiped, with kitchen, TV and free parking space. Kamari beach is just 200 mt far from the Villa. All the Studios share a very large terrace with wonderful view. Perfect place to spend your quiet and relax holiday!

kostas made a late check-in possible. gave us the time to eat something before, although we landed late 😊 the cottage smelled fresh when entering and the large window brings in beautiful light. there were very good recommendations from kostas. all in all a nice stay.

We had a lovely week at these villas and highly recommend! We were worried about sharing a pool with lots of people but because the complex is so close to the beach (less than 200m to the actual sea) there was never more than 15 people in and around the pool at any one time. Really clean, really helpful staff, lovely shared terrace.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa - it was very comfortable for our family of 5 with two children sharing the twin room. The pool area was lovely, safe and plenty of room around the pool to laze around. Loved the secret pathway down to the water allowing us to jump safety into the cool refreshing water. The town itself is lovely with plenty of restaurants and places to buy food. Is slightly too far to walk with young children but is doable in about 20 minutes if not too hot. Vasilliki was our other favourite town (the old port side) and a 15 min drive. Nicole looked after us and communication was very easy and responsive through WhatsAp. All in all it was a lovely, relaxing and easy week - thoroughly recommend. Thanks Penelopy.

The location by the beach is ideal. The scenery of the village of Mikros Gialos is exotic, between the mountains and the sea. The stay was all the more superb thanks to the warm welcome. Nearby shops are authentic and of good quality. Hard to do better! Restaurant Del Mar staff are exceptional (and cats are adorable).

We had a fantastic time staying at the Ionion Diamond Villa in Mikros Gialos which was our first time staying on the island of Lefkas. The property was beautiful in a fantastic location overlooking the bay with everything we needed provided for, we especially enjoyed the infinity pool with it’s views! Alexandra was a fantastic host who was living next door so the check-in process was a lot easier than we realised (some places we are used to just a key safe!). She provided really good advice on the local area and the wider island which was really helpful to make the most of our holiday. It was great to be able to take the short 10 mins walk down into the village to the local supermarkets and restaurants (would recommend The Molos and Zolithros restaurants). Local beach was lovely too (pebbles but great water) Lefkas as an island was lovely but very busy in peak summer period with the number of visitors, we would return but probably at a quieter time so to enjoy more of the island

The cabin is lovely , tastefully decorated and cozy Lovely balcony for the most beautiful view of Lefkada short walk to the promenade and beaches Small grocery store a few steps away Charming and accommodating hosts,who responded and helped us with every request I highly recommend staying at Anastasia's cabin!!

Yioka House Lavender Studio with Sea View

Simply put, this is by far one of the best places we have stayed in all of our recent trips. Let’s begin by the hosts. This is their lifetime project, which they have built for them and their children. They are the kindest, most considerate, generous and even affectionate persons there is. Then, the location. Nestled on a cliff, overlooking the bay, with the Ionian sea and islands in the distance. One can swim directly at the bottom of the cliff, accessible via a private entrance and path. Or lounge on chairs on the terrace. Lastly, the quietness of the surroundings. We spent a considerable amount of time simply enjoying the sun, the view, the tsipouro provided by the hosts, a book, while feeling great about it, slowly leaving behind our daily lives. Only remark: as well indicated by the hosts before booking, the path to get to this amazing place is rugged. Do not forget to specify to the rental company that you need a high vehicle. Although we did it with a 208, I suggest you do not.
