It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

House in Eleusis (Elefsina) a city close to Athens

My home is located in Eleusis, just 20 km from Athens, offering easy access to the city by bus, taxi, or car. The airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car, and you can also take the Metro for an easy journey. I’d be happy to recommend the best places to visit in Eleusis and beyond, ensuring you have a great stay. Restaurants, cafés, bars, and supermarkets are within walking distance. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, including two air conditioners for your comfort.

Leave any worries behind with this spacious and serene space. With a double bed and a sofa that becomes a bed in separate rooms divided by a traditional sliding embossed door. The kitchen is spacious as well as the bathroom has everything you need. With excellent views from different points as well as a very large yard with a built-in bench in the quiet environment behind the house. The beach is only 10 minutes on foot and the nearest supermarket is only 7 minutes by car.

Located just 40m from the beach on the 1st floor, this lovely house is perfect for a seaside getaway. It has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed & private bathroom, another with a double bed, and a third with 2 single beds. The spacious living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining table & cozy living room, all with great sea views. Also, private parking for 2 cars. The beach is a short walk away, adding to the charm of this seaside home in Salamina!
