The farmhouse is built on the slope of a mountain overlooking the beach of Kalamitsa, within a 70-acre estate. It consists of a ground floor and a first floor. Both levels have bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Access to the floor is from an external staircase so that the two levels are completely independent and autonomous. It is fully renovated and equipped with all the necessary means for a comfortable and modern living. The view from all the openings is unique!

The view is partly limited through house Pelagos.

The view form the front, shaded porch, is unique at all times of the day, while the house has two bedrooms with comfortable bedrooms, a living room with a sofa-bed, a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that guarantees your comfort during the ypur stay there. This truck is very charming and is one of a kind. It's an experience that's out of the ordinary . You have a great view of the sea and the calm nearby, and beautiful places to swim. All this is 3 minutes from the city center by car. You'll fall in love when you wake up with a sea view. 140x190 bed. fan. color light. Shower area (cold water); hot water is 30 meters away.
