Niovi has two levels: The first, hosts a living area, an open plan kitchen, a double bedroom that opens onto a small courtyard and a private pool. The second has one more bedroom, which also opens onto its own small courtyard. Both levels have a wc with shower. The two floors are connected by an internal staircase. Large sliding windows, terraces protected from the sun and wind and air conditioning, make each villa an ideal home all year round, where guests can enjoy the beauty of each season.

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Matina Rooms to Let are located in Tyros. The accommodation offers units with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and access to a garden with a terrace. The units have a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower and free toiletries. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven and cooking hobs.
