The month of May in Spetses is difficult to beat. Warm weather, flowers and shrubs in full bloom and, because it is not full tourist season, it is lively but not crowded. Mariana’s simple traditional house is hard to beat. The very large rear patio with its excellent barbecue and a large electric canopy above a dining table still manages a good sea view. The house is close enough to the action - a 15 minute walk to the main town along the main road. Mariana is extremely helpful and on hand via AirBnb messaging at any time. Her father, Yannis, is the perfect and charming onsite host - nothing is too much for him. Ask him for taxi number - Kostas, his nephew with new Mercedes people carrier - again, charming. A great stay.

Great house, great location, and great host. Perfect for our family of 5 climbing holiday. The host was incredibly helpful for directions, food, crags and beeches. Highly recommend it.

The villa in Tyros was beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. There were several tasty restaurants nearby and even though the weather wasn’t great, we appreciated the free paddle boards and kayaks on the beach. All the amenities were thought of, including beach towels and even a bottle of wine. Highly recommend!

Andreas's place in Nafplio is gorgeous and well maintained. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed and more (snacks, bottled water). Andreas was very reachable. We had an issue with the key missing when we arrived and he was over within 5 minutes to let us in and then spent the time with us to give us a tour. He is a very welcoming and accessible host. The place is close to all of the shops and restaurants. For light sleepers it can be a little noisy at night with people walking by, but that is to be expected when staying in the city.

It is heaven on earth. Looks even better than the photos. We were shocked from how beautiful the place and its surroundings are. Inside and out everything is well thought of, you’ll want for nothing. It’s a perfect place for kids, comfy beds, a tree house and the sea a few steps away. A large supermarket, only 5 minutes drive from the house. The sunken city a 5 minutes walk, or 5 minutes of paddling on a SUP (2 Sups and paddles are provided). We got lucky and even got a chance to see a HUGE sea turtle while snorkeling there! Lots of taverns you can reach by foot, and lots of peace and serenity. Maria is super friendly and professional, I dare to say, it’s one of the best Airbnb experiences we had till now. We will definitely be back!

Although in a true local residential neighborhood with narrow streets, it was remarkably easy to find, just half a block from a main street. Nearby parking on the street was always available - if you can parallel park. LOL (and ample front in parking a block away.) This host is truly a Super Host. Not only in communications and ease of access but in so many thoughtful touches in the home including local information and maps. Kitchen is very well appointed with everything you could need - (drip coffee maker AND pod espresso maker.) We arrived late and were greatly relieved to find provisions for a breakfast to start our first day. I can not offer any suggestion for this Super Host. The Nafplio is a treasure with so many interesting things in the area often overlooked in guidebooks. A taste of real Greece. Thank you.

Sophia is a super friendly host whose home reflects her thoughtfulness and creativity. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived (in fact, when we were wondering if we had the right house, a kind neighbour came over to assure us we were in the right place) and she had kindly left breakfast items and fresh oranges and her own delicious honey. The house has two huge terrace balconies that both have far reaching, beautiful views, and it's so close to Ancient Mycenae l. I would recommend a two night stay here so you can get up to the site early in the morning while it's cooler, then come back for lunch and a rest, and go back up to catch sunset at the Lion Gate. Parking is right outside and the area seemed very safe. We met the sweetest elderly cat too, who liked to hang out with us on the terrace. We were there during a bit of a heatwave and the air conditioning in the bedroom and front room was invaluable. In short, an authentic greek village and old-school Airbnb stay.

2 weeks of magical waterfront vacation. The house is very functional and the sea view terrace is fantastic. The hosts are very available and have offered us daily activities or restaurants on several occasions. I highly recommend this property for holidays in Leonidio!

We had a wonderful stay at Panagiotis' place. the villa was perfectly clean and had all we needed. the pool was lovely, my children loved the diving board, and the privacy was amazing. it's in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, with grocery stores in 5-10 minutes walk. Leonidas was also incredibly flexible, he met us at the property even though our arrival time changed to 5am at the last minute! he showed us all around the property and answered our questions quickly whenevre something came up. I'll just note that the pool is deep and there is no fence around it, so it's not suitable for families with small children. We enjoyed an excellent vacation at Panagiotis. A lovely villa with an amazing view, a beautiful escape with a diving board that our children loved, in a quiet little village with a food shop in5-10 minutes walk. Eunidas was very helpful, met us at the villa even at 5am, and responded quickly to any questions we had. Just know that the pool has deep water and in me a fence, so the villa is not suitable for families with young children.

Ioannis is the best host one can dream of! And his house is a paradise ! Every amenities is as listed and it’s even better in real that in the pictures. We had such a great time we didn’t want to leave. Thank you Ioannis !

Villa was in an amazing and peaceful location. Property was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. Communication with the owners was always simple with immediate response via watsapp. Everything needed and more for a comfortable stay was available in the villa and the pool was a perfect place to relax during the hot afternoons. The 'almost ' private beach was a short drive and several excellent restaurants were available nearby in Poulithra. Will very much hope to return in the future.

Pavlos hotel is stunning! A traditional stone but hotel with lots of charm. very easy to find and access. peaceful and serene, perfect views and lots of space to run and soak up the countryside. It was bigger and brighter than we expected which was even better. Pavlos is very helpful and easy to reach.

The villa is beautiful and Areti and Nikolaos were great hosts. Nikolaos was quick to respond to questions and always accommodating. The place was spotless and the recently remodeled facilities were top notch, it was lovely to spend a few evenings in the pool with the stars out and some music playing. Nafplion is a beautiful town with a ton of great restaurants just a five minute drive away. We also visited Corinth (about a 50 min drive) and the sunken city off the beach of Epidaurus (about 30 mins away). Highly recommended!

This days we stayed at Nektaria’s place were magical… The place is beautiful, had everything you need, clean, well decorated… it felt unreal to be honest! Nektaria gave us really good tips, she is a fantastic host! We had 3 small kids with us that had the time of their life in the swimming pool and beach. It felt very private and comfortable, exactly what we needed. I hope to come back as soon as possible, as this is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed. Thank you Nektaria, for everything.

What an amazing apartment. Fantastic location with stunning views, yet very private - no one else was in the complex while we were there. Lots of facilities; the big barbecue and pool were our absolute favourite. 😉 Panos was a great host - very quick to respond and shares tips for places to see and restaurants. Just make sure to bring enough mosquito repellent, if you don’t want to end up as insect dinner.

Constantinos is a great host, always communicating proactively. The place is exactly what you see at the photos, cosy and peaceful with a nice view.

A normal house, spacious, clean and tidy and tidy! It's all close, it's just quite an uphill climb from the beach to the room for anyone who wants to walk... we had no complaints, thank you very much, I wish all the hosts had Angelos as an example!

The house had comfortable bed, and it was beautifully decorated. We visited out of season so there were no restaurants open on the village, however we were recommended places close by which we visited and found to be very good.

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay in Spetses anymore than we did staying with Irene. She gave us a wonderful welcome at the harbour when we arrived and immediately made us feel welcome and at home on the island. The apartment and its surroundings are beautiful and perfectly located for walks around the stunning old harbour and the great bars and restaurants in town. After 4 nights we felt we’d barely scratched the surface, Irene’s recommendations were always perfect for what we were looking for and she was at hand if we needed to check anything with her. She is a kind and generous host and made sure we enjoyed our stay! We hope to come back soon

Beautiful, small, simple apartment in a quiet location, with car parking spaces on the premises. Everything you need. Ideal for 2 persons. Beautiful terrace with a view of the countryside. If the other apartments are also occupied, however, you are already sitting a little close to the neighbors and do not have much privacy on the terrace. However, there are also other seating areas available outside, so you can sit a little further away. The beach with 2-3 taverns is only about 10 minutes' walk away. A bakery and small shop are also nearby. Otherwise, the village has little else to offer. Communication with Panos was always great! Always very quick reaction and helpful answers, even proactive information - perfect!

We had an amazing time here! A very nice view from the balcony over the mountains and the village, very cozy accommodation, very nice village with very tasty food in the tavern and very nice hikes in the surrounding mountains! We will be happy to come back, thank you!

We were very happy with the hosts. From the very first moment we felt at home, and all the amenities were generously provided. The courtyard was large and our kids enjoyed it to the fullest. I highly recommend the home and Georgia!
