Holiday rentals with breakfast in Paramé, Saint-Malo

We booked at Virginia's to visit North Brittany. From Mont St Michel to the pink granite coast through the Emerald Coast. We enjoyed the welcome we received from Virginia and had a great stay at this house. That we found very clean, well-equipped and very nicely decorated. Located in an impasse, we were able to enjoy the calm by being a few tens of minutes walk from Dinan, its monuments and restaurants. Don't hesitate! Virginia is an available and welcoming host and the accommodation is great with its 3 bedrooms and beautiful bright living room.

Very nice house, located in a quiet environment (road allowed only for local residents, we did not see anyone passing) a few minutes' drive from the beaches (where it is easy to park). The floor is very well arranged for children who have their small living room with games and TV (including a foosball table that made our children happy!). The ground floor is composed of a spacious and very well furnished master suite. The rooms are spacious, as are the garden which is huge! Only negative point: the presence of a large quantity of flies at the time we stayed. The hot weather and mansion spreading are probably the cause.

A stay beyond our expectations. A breathtaking view. A preserved beach. An extremely comfortable house.

The house is fantastic. Easy to find. Calm in the middle of nature. All amenities to enjoy a weekend or holidays to reset while plenty to do / visit within à 30min easy drive radius . We definitely recommend Nadège family’s home !

We were delighted by our stay at Elise's house. It is very comfortable (good bedding), spacious, bright, perfect for a family holiday! We recommend it without hesitation. Élise was a very good host, answered any questions we had, gave us helpful recommendations for a visit and was flexible on check-in and checkout.

We stayed 15 days at Boumedienne and Gwenn's. The house is very nice, well-equipped, the garden is very pleasant. We particularly enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood and its location. Dinan (beautiful city) 5 minutes, St Malo 30 minutes, Cancale 40 minutes, beaches 25 minutes. We recommend Boumedienne and Gwenn's house to visit the region. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful stay at this gite. It was a surprise for my partner, to spend a moment just the two of us, and the atmosphere of the cottage was perfect, Karen was a wonderful host. Available, smiling and concerned about our well-being. I highly recommend!!

Excellent family stay in Aline's apartment, where you feel that everything is planned in detail for the occupants! We did not lack anything and Aline also has adorable touches as a host. The accommodation is very well located and very clean. We'd love to stay there again 🙂

We had a great time (1 week) at Olivier's, who is a charming host and whose accommodation is very quiet and very well located! 20 min walk from the train station, 10 min from the center of St Malo (and the port), and 2 minutes from the beach and shops, the location is ideal!! In addition, the accommodation is very comfortable and very well equipped. Olivier is very attentive and will know how to suggest ideas for activity:) I recommend it in every way!

Ideally located studio, in a quiet environment and close to everything. Host accommodating and responsive. Very nice stay.

Thank you Vanessa for hosting us in your home for 6 nights. We were looking for a place specifically in Pleurtuit to be close to the family, while having our own space. The apartment is very nice and well decorated. We were there with our 3 1/2 year old daughter (able to go up and down the stairs alone, it's imperative). We also appreciated the proximity to small shops and the garden. Thank you!

Second time in this little haven of peace. Always a top service, very friendly welcome, meal tray and breakfast to die for and very hearty, very clean room and very comfortable bedding. A flawless place for us, you can come here with your eyes closed.

A nice little apartment in intra Muros where we had a lovely week. The bedding is quality. Very nicely decorated and with lots of essentials. The toys really enjoyed our son (thank you). It's cozy to get together after a day at the beach right next door. The only small downside is the delivery truck in the morning at the bottom of the building a little too early.

Martine and her husband hosted us warmly. Ready to meet all our needs! Very good breakfast, hearty and all homemade.

Colette is an absolutely adorable person, very welcoming, very kind, doing absolutely everything to make the stay as pleasant as possible, and with whom it is so pleasant to interact! The accommodation is very clean, the bed is very good, it is spacious and very comfortable. We immediately feel expected, at ease and Colette is very discreet. Finally, being hosted at Colette's also means having a very generous breakfast, bread, croissants, butter, jams, honey, tea and coffee at will... and super good pancakes!! It's a must, you have to go to Colette! 🤗

In hiking mode on the weekend we spent a night at Valerie's. Everything was perfect, a little far from the GR and the port (on foot) but Valerie always offered to take us by car. Very kind and helpful, we will be happy to come back.

ideally located accommodation with sea views, very easy access to go to Granville by the coast on foot and take beautiful walks. Very clean and cozy accommodation. In addition, Chantal is a very pleasant and friendly host. I would recommend it 100%

We stayed two nights in Saint Malo with my wife. We loved staying with Patrick and his wife. They made us feel right at home. The space consists of room and bathroom on the top floor of the hosts house, but there is quite autonomy. Breakfast is far superior to what could be expected, complete and with everything fresh and rich. They gave us good local recommendations. It is well located, walkable distance from the walled city. Highly recommended

We had a lovely time at Aurélie's place. She and her husband Michael were very welcoming and gave good advice for walks and the history of the place. The location is in the immediate vicinity of many tourist sites. The accommodation is a small gem for relaxing in peace and taking a relaxing break from the worries of everyday life. We really enjoyed the spa, the decoration of the accommodation and the quiet of the place. Everything is planned for a moment of relaxation in complete privacy: the spa of course, but also the soft and adjustable lighting, the speaker for the music, all in a neat and authentic decoration. We opted for a meal and drinks offered on site, which allowed us to have nothing to think about. The breakfasts were also excellent. Thank you both, we will definitely be back.
