Excellent stay in Saint Malo, we went to the beach on foot with our 2 little dogs, it was great. Nice and quiet place, the place was very clean, nothing was missing.

We really loved our stay at this clean and cozy place! Check-in instructions were given ahead of time and was clear. Once we stepped into the house, we were so happy to see that it was exactly as what the photos showed. We immediately wished that we had booked it for a few more days, too bad our schedule did not allow for it! More importantly, Geoffroy and Pauline had been so helpful in the entire process. I had left a treasured item at their place after check out and I really appreciated the assurance, quality service and effort they made to ensure I received my item. Couldn’t thank them enough! Fabienne is a friendly and helpful hostess. The check-in and check-out could be varied without any problems. Fabienne is discreet and yet always available. We felt very comfortable in your modern renovated, quiet house. There is everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A highlight is the beautiful garden and the proximity to Saint-Malo. A perfect starting point for excursions by bike in the beautiful surroundings. Those who love peace and quiet and proximity to nature are very well accommodated here. The beautiful small towns and beaches by the sea can be reached quickly by bike or car. The house is much nicer than the photos show. The accommodation is ideally located a few steps from the sea and its typical Breton beaches. It is ultra functional and tastefully decorated. Laure is very responsive and will kindly advise you on existing activities in the region. I would highly recommend it.

We had a very good stay at Virginie's, the beach 50m walk is a real asset and offers a very nice view. The apartment is very well-equipped.

Micheline is a very welcoming, accommodating and helpful host. Her accommodation is very well located with all the useful shops nearby and a market a few steps away. It is located a few minutes from the Solidor Tower and St Malo intra muros remains easily accessible on foot. An authentic and functional Airbnb as we like them!

We had a few unforgettable days. The apartment is extremely tastefully furnished and very well equipped. The quality of the bed and terry linen is that of an upscale hotel. When we arrived, everything was well prepared, there was even a bottle of water and milk in the fridge, some coffee capsules and everything you need for a short stay (detergent, toilet paper, etc.) Murielle is an extremely attentive and warm hostess. She provided us with excellent excursion tips and restaurant recommendations, which turned out to be absolutely accurate. My recommendation: book if it's free! We will do it again!

Communication with Christiane was great. The apartment was very nice and functional. The sea and the stairs down to the beach (beach only at low tide) are just a few steps away. Accommodation consistent with the photos, very clean and pleasant, in a quiet neighborhood. The bakery is a stone's throw from the accommodation, the supermarket 10 minutes and the beach 15 minutes' walk! the terrace is a real plus, we took advantage of it. A big thank you to Chrystele for her smile. I highly recommend it! We will definitely come back when we are in the area.

TIP-TOP apartment in terms of location, cleanliness/hygiene, complete equipment and quality of sleep. Note that the apartment is on the ground floor and therefore easily accessible. Lise and Pascal are very friendly and communicative. A MUST in the region.

We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. Isabelle was incredibly kind and helpful. She even offered me a ride to and from the train, showed me around, and made me feel completely welcome. The house is charming, peaceful, and has everything you need (seriously, six kinds of shampoo, so thoughtful!). It’s in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, just 20 minutes from a lovely walking trail. Thank you, Isabelle. You’re the best host I’ve ever met. You’ve truly raised the bar.

Very nice apartment with a superb view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we will come back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the very practical box. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, very clean and spacious and is extremely well equipped and beautifullly decorated. Clément was fabulous. We couldn't find the apartment and he walked down in roasting sunshine, to meet us! He gave us a tour of the apartment and explained about the area. The wrap around balcony is perfect for views of Dinard and St Malo, it's very tranquil and relaxing.

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

We had a great stay at the Cité Solidor. The apartment is very well decorated and equipped. We enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood as well as the proximity to the beaches and Saint-Malo Intramuros. We recommend!
