The space is located in an upscale area of the city with many squares and beautiful people. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and gyms. It is the ideal place for those who need to be at the airport quickly or to get an American visa, as the Consulate is between the two destinations. It is also close to the 3 universities: PUC, UFRGS and UNISINOS. We have 3 spaces for lodging at the same address: Chalé do Manacá, Quarto do Jardim and Quarto das Tulipas. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. 500 meters from the city center, 400 meters from the Muffato supermarket (with ATMs, pharmacy and exchange house) the bus terminal is 1 block from the market from where transportation leaves for the airport, Argentina, Paraguay, bus station and tourist attractions. The room contains a split air-conditioner and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. It has an outdoor area with a barbecue, refrigerator, sink and private bathroom.

It's next to my house, we'll share the entrance gate, but your space is private. It has a good shower, comfortable bed. Below, we have 3 kittens that stay in the yard. NOTE: The GARAGE is on the neighboring property. Hot and cold air-conditioning.

Super quiet, family-friendly place, airy atmosphere and a beautiful view of the valley. Close to the center, about a 10-minute walk. Market and restaurant options in the neighborhood. Private room with double bed and a single bed measuring 1.60 by 80. We can also accommodate couples with a baby, offering a portable crib. We accept a maximum of 3 guests per booking.
