This house is impeccable. Surrounded by nature, blessed by a stream and touched by silence. Simple, but extremely cozy, something I had never experienced. Sônia is a wonderful person, she was super attentive and helpful. She maintains this house with great affection, and it is this affection that we receive when we enter that space. The street where this space is located is close to wineries and restaurants, and to make it even more perfect, the weather gave us very low temperatures, we enjoyed everything the property and the region had to offer. It was spectacular. Gratitude to Sônia for hosting us in her loving space.

I only stayed one day with my girlfriend in the Maritaca chalet, unfortunately, because the space is super comfortable, relaxing, cozy, quiet, clean, with space for hiking, heated whirlpool and with all the household utensils to get by with food.

The attention and affection shine through in the lavender path, the guest garden, and the tidiness and cleanliness of the house! Congratulations! The small forest next to the house makes a difference! The house is in a kind of chacrinha inside the city, where a stream passes next door. We no longer took advantage of the small trail, as it was lacking in cleanliness. The house is simple, but it has the basics for comfort. For those who like the song of birds, this is a great option! There are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby. Therefore, those who are not by car will walk a few blocks to shop or eat. Jailson was flexible and a good host!

Everything was great. The house is excellent in a very quiet and pleasant place to relax. We went in May and the bergamot tree was “loaded”🥰.

Very good stay, well located, very good apartment

Highly recommended! The apartment comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views of the Paraná River are amazing. On the rooftop there is a large pool to enjoy along with the view of the international port that connects Posadas with Encarnacion (Paraguay). Sergio Esteban is always very attentive and willing to help. We really enjoyed the apartment. We will be back for sure.

Staying in this 1930s home, built by immigrants, was a unique experience. The space is cozy, full of history and very well preserved. The location is great for exploring the area, and the charm of ancient architecture makes the stay even more memorable. I recommend it to anyone looking for something authentic and full of meaning.

We spent wonderful days! Beautiful, quiet place that allowed us to disconnect from the routine and run from day to day. Well-equipped and organized site. Maria, welcomed us very well. We will definitely return!☺️

In the stay it was wonderful! The house, which is in a very high region and with beautiful views of the region, is very well equipped and comfortable! The property has cancha de bocha, network installed to play volleyball and playground. It is also possible to go to the dam by walking or by car, inside the property. In the dam near the square are the ducks and the horses (mount not available I think) are constantly around the surrounding area. Surely we'll be back!
