I stayed with my two children and nanny, the apartment is spacious, comfortable, in a very nice block, quiet and with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, gyms nearby. We had everything we needed in the apartment and Elcio answered me promptly when I needed to. I highly recommend it.

The space was clean, organized, as in the photos. Positive points: bottle with ice water available, as well as small courtesies that make a difference for those who will spend a few days and do not need to buy. The experience was great, I will/would definitely come back.

Comfortable studio in great location. Market, fitness, restaurants at walking distances. The view from the balcony is a differential. It should be noted, however, that there is a bit of noise. It is a commercial court and there is music in the restaurant on the ground floor. It is also possible to hear the neighbors at night.

The hostess was very friendly and attentive, they gave us several tips that made our stay a lot easier. We found a flawless, comfortable and equipped house with everything we needed to make us feel at home. It was a great choice for our family, I highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful. It met our need very well, as we came for a Training Course at ANP and the location is strategic. We divided the 2 bedrooms between 4 people, with 2 in the suite and 2 using the social bathroom, which is in the service area. The house is quite airy and pleasant, dispensing with the need for a fan or air conditioning. The luxury of the house is that the environments are huge for the reality of the Pilot Plan. The TV has all possible channels. The internet signal is a little weak and sometimes it didn't work for video calls. Dona Elza is a phenomenal host, always ready to welcome us and provide information. She welcomed everyone very well, including inviting for meals. Your house is under the accommodation, where we climb the staircase to our home. The cost-benefit and amenities, for us who shared the rent and didn't have much luxury was excellent, could not have been better. I highly recommend it for similar purposes and needs.

The place is very quiet, safe and peaceful...only the sound of birds...only the cold weather that didn't allow us to use the pool!

cozy place, with all kinds of equipment to ensure comfort. I loved it. If I have an observation, it is that the building is right next to the Águas Claras station. It's good, because it makes it easier for those who want to take the subway. But the subway starts operating at 5 am and ends at 11 pm. For those who can't sleep with noise, it's bad. But I always carry earplugs. So, I had great nights of sleep. I thank you very much for the hospitality. Safe, clean, beautiful and well located place. There's just this issue of the subway noise.
