Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Paranoá Lake

Despite having a short period, it fully met my needs and expectations regarding accommodation. If there is a new opportunity, I will certainly look for the place.

Well located and great value for money!

The apartment is very nice, the view is wonderful, to Lake Paranoá. The outdoor area of the resort, for collective use, is very pleasant. The swimming pool and sauna are very good. For those looking for a quiet place, to rest, it is very good. The apartment is in a place a little away from the commerce, I did not feel the safety of walking around the surroundings alone, but the region is well served as an uber to come and go.

Both the condominium and the apartment are great! The apartment was clean and is very well equipped. The owner was very helpful and always responded quickly. The only negative aspects (details that did not compromise the experience): - the available frying pan is very bad (stainless steel pots are good, but the frying pan is terrible); - the shower is very strong, but the water jets are very dispersed (if you stay in the middle of the water jets practically do not get wet); - I missed one more sheet (there was only one available, plus a blanket).

Homes were exactly the same as the pictures. The place was recently renovated, very well decorated and extremely clean. The bedding was clean and smelling. The kitchen had basic utensils, all easily accessible. The contact with the owners was very cordial, with quick and attentive responses. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is impeccable! Very organized, clean, beautiful, complete and comfortable. We felt at home. We're definitely going back.

Excellent stay, I stayed exactly 37 days in the flat and everything was great, for my needs (work) the location was perfect.

Fantastic and pristine place in ASA Sud, really liked the place a lot with a lot of comfortable amenities. It’s very convenient if one chooses to stay in ASA Sud with all its fantastic restaurants, coffee places and grocery stores. I would very happily book this place again…

Property better than the photos and with a structure that you can spend the day without having to leave, both for adults and children. As the place is a little far from the city center, there is a very good silence!!! Augusto (host) there is nothing to say, attentive, available and always present to solve any problem.

An oasis of nature in the only place in Brasilia that still seems to have the charm of a small town.

The hostess was very friendly and attentive, they gave us several tips that made our stay a lot easier. We found a flawless, comfortable and equipped house with everything we needed to make us feel at home. It was a great choice for our family, I highly recommend!

We spent the Easter holiday and the house is simply an excellent place to enjoy with the family. Air-conditioned rooms, all with a suite, large kitchen and with all accessories and utensils that can be imagined and integrated with the dining and living room. The barbecue separate from the house and next to the pool is also fantastic and complete! Equipped with fridge, electric oven, Cooktop stove and various utensils. We don't miss anything. At the back of the house there is an orchard with various types of fruit and a very green grassy area! The children had a lot of fun and spent almost all the time in the position. We are very grateful for the welcome we had by our host Sergio. It was a spectacular family holiday!

Anete and her husband were great hosts. Thiago who received us was also very receptive. We had a small problem in the pool but were super attentive to try to solve and find the best solution. The house is super cozy and we had a great stay.

We felt at home! Very clean house, we inaugurated the brand new mattress, there was everything we would need to use inside the apartment. Sheila was always helpful in recommending places nearby for us to eat. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the condominium's pool, but it's beautiful and you need to register with the admin to use it. For the laundry sheets, you need to get them from the administration as well. I am sure that when we return to Brasilia, we will stay in this property again. Great stay, the place is close to hospitals and clinics.

The experience in the space was amazing. The atmosphere is exactly like in the pictures. Everything is extremely beautiful, well cared for and with great zeal. I thank Márcia for her hospitality and proactivity, always very polite and attentive. It has undoubtedly become one of my favorite places to stay. I really liked the location, lots of shops. I didn't like that the pools were freezing, you couldn't swim and the TV system was very confusing, it doesn't get the channels very well and there aren't many channel options, it's a little confusing to get in on the day you arrive and check in. The Ofurô is paid but it is very hot and you can share an hour for more people 30 minutes for each, because you can not stay an hour. The sauna is also nice. The apartment is small and simple but well arranged. Rodrigo was very attentive but it was worth it.

One of the best apartments I've ever stayed in! I usually work from home and look for quiet places with good internet. Sandra's apartment is wonderful for home office, super safe (I felt safe as a woman), and equipped with EVERYTHING you might need. Sandra is super attentive and always responded to my messages in less than 24 hours (a sweetheart!). The apartment is ideal for one person or even two. Very easy to and came with all the cleaning equipment and products. It is in a gated community with a garage, and a washer and dryer. Gym and bakery about 10 minutes walk. It has a smart TV that you can connect your streaming services account to. The kitchen, although small, has everything I needed. The condominium is extremely quiet and always respects the quiet hours. I've stayed in many airbnbs, but this was one of the few that felt like "home." Thank you so much for having me, Sandra! I'll recommend it to everyone!!

Excellent stay in Fabio's apartment! Great energy with everything we expected and needed for rest and work days. Rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, nothing missing. Very airy and bright. Beautiful decoration. We thought the place was excellent. 10, 15 minutes from everything we need in Brasilia. Great condominium. And at check-in, the friendliness of Dona Cida, with breads, chocolates, teas, fruits, drinks, cheeses in the house, for coffee every 5 days! I really recommend it. Excellent days in Brasilia to the rhythm of the energy of this great new home on Ilha dos Lagos! Thank you!

The space is located on the edge of Lake Paranoá, in a condominium that offers numerous leisure opportunities (walking, swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, gym) and conveniences (mini-market and laundry). The apartment itself is beautiful and very good equipped. The host lives up to the title of super host. I recommend it!

Leonardo was a great host. Whenever necessary, I would send him a message and he would respond. Besides, the space is great. Very clean, tidy and well located. Full of shops, pharmacy, restaurant nearby.
