This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. Loads of love and effort for this particular house.This is the second house that we created in the complex. I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! Just a breath away from the beaches of Krios & Marchello, with an amazing view and unique sunsets. The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness!

Dream sunset suit with poll is located in a nice area which combines beautiful sea-views,it is part of a complex consisting of 7 other apartments,It is 2,3 kilometers from the port of Parikia .The old town, the shops and the night life are 1200 meters away. It is 33 square meters and has a double bred, a sofa , 1bathroom and veranda with a small pool. You deliver it clean with sheets and towels and there is not a service include during your stay.
