This bright apartment consists of living room with corner sofa, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140*190) each, bathroom with spacious shower cubicle, and separate toilet. A cellar will allow you to store your bikes in a safe place. Sheets not provided from July 18 to August 30. Sheets provided at no extra cost from August 31st.

The property is located close to downtown, in a commercial area; it is a 100 m² industrial-style loft. Parking with gate. Quiet environment between the canal and the Bourbince. Our capacity is 4 adults (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed), 1 child or 1 adult (1 single bed) and 1 baby (1 crib), if necessary and on request a king-size inflatable mattress can be added in the living room or in one of the bedrooms. The downstairs sofa is not convertible.
