In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. The two bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet are separated by a floor. The room on the ground floor (equipped kitchen/living room) has a fireplace and parquet flooring. Good addresses are only 100m away: Le Chateau de Savigny, several restaurants, a grocery shop, the bakery and the wine producers of Savigny.

Old barn renovated with quality materials including a bedroom for two, a small bedroom with a bed 110 cm wide, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a sofa bed living room with equipped kitchen and a terrace. You access it through a cul-de-sac. You will find all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The entrance is at the bottom of the cul-de-sac on the right. Avallon is a very friendly small town with shops, bars and restaurants.

We welcome you to a detached house and in a very private environment without a view, 300 meters from the ramparts. You will have a 1000 m2 garden in the city center, a heated swimming pool (the temperature is generally between 26°C and 28°C but we cannot guarantee this temperature in case of very unfavorable weather) and free and secure covered parking for one vehicle. We no longer accept young children due to bad experiences.

La Maison du Couvent offers a very comfortable accommodation: Le Couvent. This renovated accommodation is located in a historic 17th-century convent and can welcome 4 people. Full of charm, it features a large garden of approximately 900 m². The neighborhood is very quiet, just a 500-meter walk from the town center of Beaune. Le Couvent is located at the end of a private dead-end lane. Recently and tastefully renovated.

Gite du Faubourg

My cottage is close to downtown. You will appreciate it for its modern comfort. it is great for couples and families with kids. It has a courtyard and a large private garden, which I leave at guests' disposal. An independent WIFI network is installed in the cottage. Your car can stay in the courtyard closed by a gate, throughout the stay if you so wish.
