The Avencas Beach House is an apartment located on the first line of the sea, opposite the Avencas beach and with a fabulous view over the ocean. It is 20 minutes from Lisbon and 10 minutes from Cascais. It consists of a bedroom with two beds (can be converted into a double bed), a living room with full open concept kitchen with a double sofa bed and a W.C. complete with shower and washing machine and dryer. There are several restaurants, cafés, wine houses, available within walking distance.

Located at Parede, a small town at Cascais (one of the best region to live in Portugal) A five minutes walking or cycling from the beach. Train station (Lisbon to Cascais), restaurants, supermarket and bakeries is less 1 minute walking. Beach towels is included and is possible choosing the type of beds (twins or single). Parede Atlantic Lodge - Sea view apartment

Just a few steps away from Parede Beach, this newly renovated apartment provides an excellent location that serves as an ideal base while exploring the regions of Cascais, Sintra and inner city Lisbon as it is right in the middle of it all. Although the house is located very close to the road it is protected from the noise of cars as double glazing has recently been installed! Just enjoy the sea view! We wish you a great stay.

Perfect studio for a couple to enjoy the beach and the city. Located 2 minutes walk from Parede beach and 2 minutes walk from the train to Lisbon, Estoril and Cascais. There are 2 studios on the property, for guests. The pool is shared with the two guests of the second studio and with the hosts who live on the property.
