We enjoyed the stay at Antonio's place, the place was clean and feel comfortable. Antonio is very friendly and helpful. There is train station nearby so you would hear the train passing, but it didn't bother us too much. The navigation in Airbnb was not right so we got to the wrong place at first but Antonio was responsive so we got the correct location within 10 mins.

Beautiful villa, even more beautiful than in the photos!! Peaceful and private place. Ideal for a family stay, our children really enjoyed it. Top host, professional, friendly, very responsive. I recommend it 1000%

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Da Alvarinha last week, it is such a lovely place. The house has so much character and is well equipped with plenty of communal areas, comfortable bedrooms, a decent kitchen, hot showers and everything that you need for your stay. Highlights included being surrounded by nature, the stunning outdoor dining area with the wisteria and lighting, and chilling out at the pool. Ana is a fantastic host, she doesn't intrude on your holiday but was always easy to get in touch with whenever you needed anything, quick to respond and very helpful. The cat Kim was no trouble at all and was a hit with the cat loving friends in my group. The location is so peaceful and within a half hours drive to Porto, we did catch the train a few times but mostly used Ubers which we found easy to book through the app. This trip was to celebrate my birthday with some close friends and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay or a better host, thank you Ana!
