La Petite Grange sits in-between Tours and Le Mans; perfect for exploring the region. With La Chartre-sur-le-Loir just next door, known for it's connection with the Le Mans 24 hour events, there are ample bars and restaurants close by. Above all else, what our guests enjoy most is the tranquility of the calm countryside surrounding us.

10 minutes from Le Mans, relax with family, friends or as a couple in this unique and peaceful place. Located at the European Horse Center and surrounded by a pretty stream, this cottage is a great place to rest. Horse riding friends, you will be two minutes from your horse's stall during competitions. The legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit is a 15-minute drive. I am delighted to welcome you for a stay in this place as peaceful as it is magical.

In the left part of our farmhouse in the countryside on large wooded grounds, accommodation comprising a living room, a kitchen with table on the ground floor for 5. A double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Upstairs : a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, a bathroom. Ideal for a quiet romantic stay in the countryside. La Boissière Park, summer house

A 7000 m2 wooded park, summer house near a small 18th-19th century castle, an exceptional property. Quiet and private, private terrace, circular paths, swimming lane (14m). Without a direct view, three French windows open onto the park. Easy to access from Paris by train, all amenities and shops in the village 100 m away (you can even come without a car!) On site, we will always be available to welcome you and assist you if needed.

Old house located in the South of Sarthe, 2.5 hours from Paris by the A11, in the countryside, at the exit of a charming village, close to the Val de Loir (Coteaux du Loir and Jasnières) and the Vendômois, country of Ronsard, you will be at the gates of Touraine and the castles of the Loire. You can stroll in the Bercé state forest, and cycle or hike. Old Mans, the 24-hour circuit, Epau Abbey, and La Flèche Zoo await you.

First Lodges – Charming cottage near the circuit

Welcome to our cottage "Aux Premières Loges". Pleasant and warm house near the circuit (Virage d'Arnage 15-minute walk). Its interior equipment is complete. Outside, you can enjoy a large 2500 m² garden with a sheltered terrace and barbecue. For your vehicles, you will have a locked barn and parking out of sight. Whether it's a work trip or a family stay, there's everything you need.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Nice isolated house minutes away from Saint Vincent du Lorouër and at the gates of the Forêt de Bercé. We welcome you to a separate unit on the first floor of the farmhouse. You will have 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a living area. Many pretty villages around. Possibility of breakfast and/or meals on request.
