This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

10 minutes from Le Mans, relax with family, friends or as a couple in this unique and peaceful place. Located at the European Horse Center and surrounded by a pretty stream, this cottage is a great place to rest. Horse riding friends, you will be two minutes from your horse's stall during competitions. The legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit is a 15-minute drive. I am delighted to welcome you for a stay in this place as peaceful as it is magical.

In the left part of our farmhouse in the countryside on large wooded grounds, accommodation comprising a living room, a kitchen with table on the ground floor for 5. A double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. Upstairs : a bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, a bathroom. Ideal for a quiet romantic stay in the countryside. Notre longère, à 1h45 de Paris, est parfaite pour une parenthèse au vert. Très confortable et meublée avec soin, elle est dotée d'une superbe vue sur les collines du Perche et bien placée pour découvrir cette belle région (jolis villages, manoirs, sentiers de randonnée, petits producteurs…) Nous vous proposons un check in autonome ainsi qu'un late check-out lorsque c’est possible pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de votre séjour.

In the middle of the fields

The pretty little town is famous for its many flea markets.

Wooden cottage with 1 bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Unfailing romance thanks to the candles that can be set up on the large 20 m2 raised terrace, semi-covered, overlooking an English garden. A second terrace to enjoy the sunset. The cottage is located by a stream, facing a mill. The atmosphere is ensured with the purr of the mill wheel. The Cottage is a green setting close to castles, water and hiking trails.

La Baldaquin

This bed and breakfast located in the outbuilding of a charming house in the countryside of Sarthoise will seduce you with its calm, greenery and authenticity. Private terrace for hosts and secure parking in our courtyard. You have tables and sunbeds at your disposal to soak up the sun ☀️ The bedroom includes its private shower room, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, TV and wifi.
