Our Curious | Opossum Hollow

Welcome to Opossum Hollow in the quaint mountain town of Travelers Rest! Our partially restored 1984 Airstream Excella, lovingly referred to as `Possum Holler', is situated on the same property as our home. With a covered space for parking and a 35 foot skylight deck, this outdoor space is designed for cool evening lounging and warm afternoon napping. We worked with a number of local artisans to design and create the entire space, ensuring most every element is handmade, upcycled, and recycled!

A complimentary Power Point of South Carolina and local history, culture, events, and business is available to help introduce you to one of the country's best kept secrets. Cut flowers and help yourself to our organic garden for use during your stay (seasonally). Small RV parking but no hook ups.

Swamp Rabbit Bungalow

This newly renovated stylish bungalow is steps from the 28 mile paved Swamp Rabbit biking trail! You can walk to a handful of restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores and brewery located in downtown Travelers Rest. Check out the Farmers Market and live music on the weekend. This house has a fire pit, fenced in yard and screened porch. Central location to Furman, Greenville, Paris Mountain State Park, and all the upstate has to offer. Rent a bike and ride into Greenville to beautiful Falls Park!

Paris Mountain Cabin Featuring Luxury Comfort

Our cabin is located on Paris Mountain, a drive of less than 20 minutes to downtown Greenville and 7 minutes to downtown Travelers Rest. This is our home part of the year, so you can be assured of a stay where pride of ownership is reflected. The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

A cozy get-away just outside of charming Travelers Rest. Located off Hwy 25. Close to both Furman and North Greenville Universities. Come and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the surrounding Greenville area. Both Greenville (GSP), and Asheville (AVL), airports are within 45 minutes. You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.
