Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

Renovated apartment, downtown Lavaur, quiet and bright on the 3rd floor of our family home. Independent access by stairs or private elevator. Ideal for one night as well as for a long stay. Bed sheets, bath towels, and exit cleaning are included in the price. Remote work will be possible thanks to the internet connection and the office area. Close to the shops of the city center, possibility of free parking in the neighborhood Shared pool (adults, older children)

You will stay in a residential apartment composed of: - a large bedroom with a 140/190 bed, a double wardrobe closet (plenty of space for a baby bed but not provided) - an equipped kitchenette: stove, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, - a living room with sofa bed and TV, - a bathroom and a separate toilet (towels not provided), - no Wi-Fi, sorry :)

35 minutes from Toulouse, Albi and Castres, in an old farmhouse, we welcome you to the studio of St Sernin which adjoins the house. Renovated by us, it is comfortable and very bright. A fully-equipped kitchenette. A retro bathroom with walk-in shower. Completely independent, it overlooks a large garden with a swimming pool and terrace.
